Cobalt Power Systems Inc. online reputation

In conclusion, Cobalt Power Systems Inc. has received both favorable and negative customer feedback. In general, customers are happy with the quality of the goods they purchase and the level of care they get. Customers do, however, voice concerns over the lengthy wait periods for repairs or replacements as well as the challenges in contacting customer support. Cobalt Power Systems Inc. offers high-quality goods and services overall, notwithstanding the odd wait time and client service difficulty.
I wish there was a zero stars" option here since this is one of those times. Our interactions with Cobalt have been deplorable. They are very unorganized, with 12 persons responding to each email over a rather straightforward solar installation. We've been working on this installation for around 10 extra months. They never once informed us of the following stages in the process, leaving my husband and myself to reach out to them and act as project managers. This is not a business I plan on working with again or recommending to anybody." - Luke J.
There used to be an excellent local firm that delivered excellent results. They set up my system in 2012 and have been here to support me with updates and repairs ever since. A new policy states that after a solar system's warranty expires, it will no longer repair or replace any components of that system. Huh? So you're saying you don't care about the people that helped you grow from a startup to a successful business? I certainly won't be referring Cobalt to anybody who asks for a reference for a solar business, so I hope this doesn't backfire on you in the future. Avoid working with them and instead, choose a company that offers continued assistance even after the warranty on your equipment has expired. - Connor N.
I put in around 8 kilowatts of solar power in 2016, and it's been great. However, I contacted recently to inquire about upgrading, adding about 3kw, and was informed that they don't upgrade current clients or take on works of this size. They failed to even provide a referral. - Robert W.
Consecutive fibs; total fabrication. After inquiring with pg&e, I learned that I would not be billed monthly. Once a year, I could be hit with a huge bill. The account holder eventually hung up on me because I tried to tell her anything and she kept talking over me. Not a single complaint mechanism. The lack of kilowatts from my system has resulted in a financial loss. It was time for her to pass the buck. They lied about practically everything, so don't join up with them; the only saving grace is that the state covered the cost of the necessary equipment. - Wyatt G.
Cobalt Power put up our first solar panels back in 2018. We were satisfied with the work they produced. A representative informed me that I wasn't worth their time" when I contacted them to have more solar panels and storage put into my current system. Their treatment of their current clientele has left me feeling unhappy and dissatisfied." - Thomas O.
Twenty solar panels were delivered and installed by Cobalt Power Systems. They performed a fantastic job throughout the whole process. The estimator paid close attention to our needs and provided helpful feedback. There were a handful of days in early 2022 when the installation team couldn't work because of the severe rain. The team focused on getting as much of the inside work done as they could on those days. They showed up there when they said they would and immediately began working. Before the municipal inspector arrived, Cobalt sent in its inspector to examine the finished product. That was a breeze. Although you may be eligible for a tax credit to offset the cost, investing in solar energy is not cheap. Cobalt Power Systems exceeded my expectations and was money well spent. Strongly recommended. - Lucas D.
Cobalt Power Systems just finished installing our 11 kW solar array. From the first conversations to the last follow-up, everything about the implementation of the system was smooth sailing. Jonathan and his crew performed an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. Safety was important to him and his employees. Our gas meter is located extremely near to our main electrical panel, so the electrical work was more involved than usual, but Cobalt took care of it all with ease and made sure it was all up to code. The first time around, the municipal inspection was completed and approved quickly. Our solar panels' wiring conduit was discreetly installed and painted to match our home's exterior. The setup was more fantastic than I could have imagined. Now that PG&E has given us the green light to begin operations, we're generating a lot of electricity, and I do not doubt that we'll be pleased with the system for decades to come. Cobalt Power Systems comes highly recommended. - Jack E.
My 15-year-old solar array was costing me more in PG&E true-up fees than it was saving me on my bills, so I knew it was time to replace it. I tried calling around for a replacement system, but no one was willing to work on my roof, which was already in bad shape. Not even Tesla was willing to assist me. To cut a long tale short, Cobalt stepped in, agreed to remove the old panels, collaborated with the roofer to build updated anchor pads for the new panels before the new roof was erected, and returned a month later to install new solar panels. The staff was efficient, careful, and conscientious while working on my two-story home. No more PG&E true-up nonsense for me, thanks to the new panels that are five times as efficient as the previous ones. The firm has my highest recommendation. The city inspector, and we all know how they are, even praised it. We did quite well and got an A+! - Kevin S.
We've considered going solar for a while, but have been put off by worries about its viability and the complications that would arise from installing panels on our roof. Late last year, we had a new roof installed on our home. We started looking into solar, spoke with many companies, and ultimately settled on Cobalt due to Jisang and the solar plan he proposed. He puts up a great deal of effort, is simple to get in touch with, and inspects the area before drawing up a design. Then, he had his staff walk us through each procedure to ensure our safety and comfort. His staff is there to help you from the moment you sign up until everything is set up and running well. What a wonderful time we had; we highly recommend them. - F.
Over the last several years, I've had the pleasure of collaborating with Cobalt on several home improvement projects. They are dependable and thorough. Our solar panel and battery setup are flawless. In addition to having everything installed on schedule and within budget, Cobalt also handled the ridiculous and ever-evolving PG&E documentation requirements. They went above and above to assist me even after many years when I had more inquiries. It would be impossible to overstate how highly I regard this firm. I wish all of my vendors were as pleasant to deal with as they have been. Cobalt is an excellent company, and I would employ them again in a heartbeat, however, I'm not sure we have much room for improvement in our current setup. - Jordan K.

Cobalt Power Systems Inc. Social media

facebook.com
Cobalt Power Systems is a solar energy firm, and this is their official Facebook profile. This page seems suspicious since it hasn't been updated since 2019. It has a respectable following but not quite enough to be considered mainstream. This page's style is tidy yet dated. The firm logo appears in the header, but there are no visuals of any kind. Articles, press releases, and other supplementary materials that may make the page come alive are not linked to. The lack of recent posts and other material makes this Facebook page unreliable. It has a sleek layout, however, it needs to be updated to reflect the current state of the organization. With some additional followers and strategically placed articles, this page has the potential to become an invaluable resource for the business.
linkedin.com
The profile for Cobalt Power Systems, Inc. on LinkedIn is encouraging. Everything you need to know may be found on this website, from an introduction to current job vacancies and company news. The company's logo is there, and the business strategy is explained in detail, so it all seems extremely legitimate. With almost 350 followers, it's clear that this page is popular.
