Some of them were scammers, eager for easy profits. However, we chose Everything Solar because they have been in business for over 20 years. The staff of experts are not your typical aggressive salespeople. They have the technical skills to make a difference and the drive to see things through. About two weeks ago, I went through the process of installing a 14 kW/hp system on my roof, which included design, approval and installation. While it's too early to say for sure, I can already see that the system is working amazing, as it generates over 65 kWh on a good sunny day, while my consumption is only about 40 kWh. "Years passed while I searched and waited. It was time to show off my brand-new roof. I had a long talk with the owner before I made my choice. Absolutely fantastic. The German manufacturers had come out with more efficient panels, but their installation on the roof was delayed. The owner knew all about it and provided me with the best installation possible. The 11-kilowatt system ran without a hitch. I appreciated how he provided a watertight connection between the rails and roof rafters by putting a boot on the connector. Some simply screwed screws into the ceiling. Unlike the average salesman, who may be familiar with the offering but not the product, he has been in the industry for more than three decades and so knows exactly what he's talking about. They are now installing new solar panels for the pool, and I have solar hot water (a necessity) and solar fans in the attic. Don't go for the least expensive (although Brand is inexpensive), and you should be wary of "prestige" brands like Tesla. Again, these are not the "main man," but rather hired salespeople (to whom you pay a markup). Even though many businesses collapsed during the Great Recession, Everything Solar is still going strong after more than 30 years in the solar energy industry. If you pay cash, you can save a lot of money. They can take out a mortgage if they want, but instead, they would be better off taking out a home equity loan and paying cash.
