Mohr Power Solar website review

When compared to other contemporary sites, Mohr Power Solar's main site is antiquated and unappealing. However, it has useful features like a FAQ, a list of services, an about section with connections to the company's social media pages, and contact details; the site's style and aesthetic leave much to be desired. The colors are boring, and there are no images or movies on the site. As a result, the site's unprofessional design and lack of images make it seem dubious, even though essential information is included.

Mohr Power Solar online reputation

Customer reviews of Mohr Power Solar range in quality. Although many clients have nothing but praise for the company and its workers, some have complained about issues such as slow responses from customer service, misunderstandings, rudeness, and even roof damage and system inefficiency due to shoddy installations. Success in spite of criticism suggests that Mohr Power Solar is pleased with its focus on superior service and satisfied customers.
"My experience with their system 20 years ago was positive. My second one with them was completed last year, however the current administration is terrible! I was never able to obtain a call back. It took awhile to schedule an appointment, and no one showed up without warning or apologies. Really terrible, not accountable, trustworthy, dependable, or professional! I detest it! They installed my pool solar panels in the incorrect location, which led to serious roof leaks. I phoned them several times to request that the panels be moved to another area of the roof, and I was courteous enough to offer to pay them each time. Getting an appointment was difficult and there were no shows. I despise it so much! They have little regard for existing customers and just care about making money from new clients. I'm in excruciating agony since no other firm can touch the solar that they didn't install themselves. If Mohr Power doesn't come to relocate the panel and completely disregards me, I won't be able to replace my roof, which they severely damaged and made to leak when it rained a few months ago. I really regret doing business with them. I detest having to file a lawsuit against them. I'm very uncomfortable! I wish there was some kind of organization, firm, or justice that could assist me in resolving my issue. How are they able to ignore you while damaging your roof? Justice where is it in this world? I'm in terrible pain!" - Glen H.
"This business seems to have been properly handled at one time but has since declined. Nearly tough to receive a return call. Effective communication in any form is useless. They and my contractor agreed to a comprehensive solar power and solar hot water system for a new construction in Los Angeles. The issues started as soon as the contract was signed. Since the project has been ongoing for a while, they have had plenty of time to ensure that everything was done properly and to keep up some semblance of a meaningful dialogue with the customer. We have done all in our power to keep the lines of communication open. It cannot be done. They refuse to understand what it is to be accountable. When you confront them about it, they get offended. The evil guy is the customer. Anytime a trade so vehemently accuses the customer, there is virtually a 100% chance that something is really wrong. Another clever strategy they do is to blame me for their distance from my work site, which raises the question: Why did you accept the position in the first place? They arrive in dilapidated old vehicles and get hostile at the little provocation. Something is wrong with this business; they are completely inept and could care less about you. You owe it to yourself to avoid, avoid, avoid!" - Ray G.
"I wouldn't advise using this business. My solar system has been in existence for nearly two years. Mohr had to wait a year for the city to grant him permission. For the equipment and backup batteries, I paid almost $20,000. My power cost has not been reduced in the slightest. I was informed that I would begin receiving credits from the energy provider. My power bill is the same or even more, and there are no credits at all. Additionally, I had to hire an electrician to fix the electrical wiring since they handled things improperly. I just want to caution others from wasting their money with this business. After 30 years in business, you would think they would have a solid understanding of what they are doing, but this is definitely not the case." - Phil F.
"I get a Whole House Fan from this business that is silent and cool. The jerk who came in underbid me and sold me a unit that was overpriced for the size of my home. Because they didn't install it correctly and it kept making odd sounds, I had to call them out a number of times. A little while later, the fan broke. They never gave me any details about the unit's serial number. In order to acquire a replacement since it was still under warranty, I had to crawl up into the attic to get the serial number. I made an attempt to get a bigger fan and pay the difference for a replacement. I was informed by Mohr Power that this salesperson was no longer employed by the organization and that they were unable to confirm that he had sold me a unit that was too small for the size of my house. In addition, they want to charge me $250 to repair the damaged item. After getting in touch with silent cool, I found additional businesses and bought the right-sized unit for my home. The cost of this unit, as well as the removal of the old unit and its installation again, was cheaper than the cost of the original equipment for mohr electricity." - William L.
"Initial interactions were excellent. Our system's broken panel was located by the technician, who detached it to get everything working again. He promised to let us know how the warranty and replacement worked. Never did we. When we phoned, they said they would file for warranty, and we set up a time to have a used panel that would work with our system replaced. They failed to. For that appointment, we contacted. Without asking about our availability, they altered the date by email. To figure out the timetable, we contacted. It was in the email, they said. Not at all. They arrived later than expected. We phoned. They promised to locate the technician and then call. They failed to. 90 minutes later, we dialed back. My husband's mobile phone allegedly received a message from them. Not at all. Brittany was extremely sorry and gave at least a half-dozen excuses for why they couldn't do as they had promised and why they wouldn't be coming. UNACCEPTABLE! At $90 per hour for their work, I'd estimate that they owe us roughly $360 for the time we lost waiting and trying to find them to finish the job." - Simon B.
"So let's begin from the beginning. We are extremely grateful that Google helped us find Mohr Power! They started by installing solar panels on our swimming pool, which reduced our gas expense from $500 per month to around $100. When our power bill reached over $800, we naturally phoned Mohr Power. Our monthly payment now ranges from $50 to $80 due to the installation of solar panels for the house. They were incredibly kind and competent. You will be so grateful you got in touch with them!" - Mary J.
"After speaking with numerous different solar firms, they decided on Mohr Power. At Mohr Power, Jason and Brittany provided me with all the information I needed and were accessible at all times. The procedure was made extremely simple by the simplicity with which I could ask any questions since I was unfamiliar with this. They obtained municipal permissions, and the procedure was quite simple. My system's installation would probably take two days, according to what I was informed. I was disappointed that no one had been to conduct my installation when I got home. They surprised me by showing up at my door and telling me they were going to complete the installation. When the installer indicated he was there to complete the installation, I did not trust him. Well, they performed such a good job that I failed to see that they had already connected the system to electricity and had put all the panels on the roof. Usually, I'd see garbage about here to let me know someone was here. Not Mohr Power, however. They left no indication that they had visited my home. The installation is spotless and doing a terrific job. I have already recommended Mohr Power to a family member, and I will keep doing so for anybody who needs solar. All is OK thus far. Many thanks to Mohr Power!" - Ronny C.
"The bankruptcy of Zero Energy affected me. I was enraged and irritated that they had closed their doors. I wanted to establish that my panels were generating at their highest potential and that the work had been done properly. Most businesses only support the systems they own. Mohr was excellent. I initially heard back from Mohr Power Solar. Desiree was incredible. My worries concerning my solar panels were allayed thanks to her. She is quite knowledgeable. Mohr Power Solar should be a 10-star business if the employees are even half as amazing as she is." - Jay C.
"We couldn't be happier with our brand-new solar pool system! Even though the installation took place on what had to be one of the spring's chilliest weekends, we were instantly able to notice a change in the air temperature when it was completed. It's a perfect temperature in our pool! I have nothing but praise for the business that is Mohr Power Solar. Throughout the whole of the process, they shown dependability, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic." - Zoe W.
"Our first installation went well. We bought a battery backup system, and Mike and his business stuck by it through some modifications to make sure it functions properly. A system that provides us with outstanding service and is trouble-free has been in place for a number of years. In the future, we'll take into account adding more modern panels and bigger battery reserves. According to our experience, Mohr Power is a reliable business." - Jose V.
