"Undersold, flaked on appointments and appeared unexpectedly. Did nothing that was promised repeatedly; my struggle has now lasted over two years and four months. TAKE IT TO THE GROUPS! Absolute worst time of my life! They only contact me when it's time to pay; truly, I'm paying them to torment my loved ones. The "Escalated" team has not yet responded. It's dreadful; I don't know how they continue in business. What does it tell you about the company if they can't even retain their staff? FRAUD!" - Jeremiah T.

"Nothing more than a label for someone who, despite your best efforts, you just can't get through to. These people and their colleagues can't pick up the phone, keep their word or respond to clients because they are too busy blowing deals and playing the "phone game" with clients and agents. "I've had a lot of outages over the past few years, and the company has become inattentive whenever I've tried to contact it. It had been seven weeks since my server crashed. I've sent emails, made phone calls, and even contacted the head of public relations. Even though my system is down and they are totally unresponsive to my requests, they keep taking my monthly payment. I have been abandoned, kept in the dark and begging for help with no response. No one can be reached by any means. And if you call their customer service line, you get a voicemail full of smug statements about what great customer service people they are." - Juan V.

"Our company did not choose Nuera Solar. Nuera Solar has been unresponsive to our requests for a system adjustment, despite the fact that our solar panels are now entirely shadowed since a neighbor added a storey to their house. They have denied our requests to install a battery bank or make any other changes to the system. Our inverter finally gave out in June. Eight months have passed since they first began investigating the issue, and yet no inverter has been delivered. We have been making monthly payments to them, thus we have effectively been paying to not have solar. When the inverter finally comes, they promise to refund us. And they're not letting us get out of the agreement. We have had it with this firm and none of this makes any sense." - Luis T.

"I would rate it 0 stars if I could. The contract we signed said that we would have the panels by June of 2017. Unfortunately, the firm has not provided any explanation for the holdup. Nothing Happens in July or August. We didn't get our solar panels until September. It's up to "the city" to approve the permits now. The months of October, November, January, and March. The first of May begins tomorrow. There has been no more communication. We need to start again since our existing documentation is "obsolete." FLEE FROM THE Nuera Solar GO FAST!
