"This is why I've chosen to dedicate my career to the solar energy sector. To leave the planet in a better state than we found it is a goal shared by all of us. For this reason, I have doubts about a company like Okie Solar that resorts to intimidation to win over clients. It has far-reaching negative consequences for the whole sector. The voice of a dissatisfied consumer will always be louder than that of a satisfied one. Due to the actions of a minority, solar panels will not be installed on many otherwise suitable roofs. Business as usual won't get us very far if we want to make a difference in the world. Customers who put their faith in us shouldn't be threatened with legal action or charged excessive fees if they decide to go with a lower bidder. I would be embarrassed if this was how I managed my company. Before signing anything, it's best to shop around. You'll have a better idea of the value of what you're purchasing. "Oh, they duped me. Said that installing solar panels would increase my home's worth. But now that I'm ready to sell, the appraiser has told me that there are just too many variables to account for. Since it was activated in the summer, we've given them the benefit of the doubt; nonetheless, there have been times when the system has been unable to keep up with our use, even though it should be able to. They told us over the phone that everything was OK, so we phoned. In addition, we were misled about the "tax credit," which is really not a tax benefit at all. Your tax bill will go down as a result! Which fell short of the $18,000 we were assured we'd earn back in order to repay the principal in full before the due date.
