" I sent an email two weeks ago as recommended in the event of an issue. I have called every day since and have not received a return call once I was assured I would. There's a leak in the pipe that supplies the pool, so I can't use it until that's rectified. Something broke every year that I had the solar system, and fixing it cost an average of $200. My neighbor's mother has a comparable pool in size to mine, and I discovered that the sun alone was sufficient to heat her pool to a comfortable temperature. That's just a waste of cash. They just want to dispute your claims. When you bring up an issue, they find a way to make it seem like it's your responsibility. I realize now that I am the source of the issue; please tell me what I can do to fix the situation. They don't respond, so I tell them that I've had the product for a while and that I really despise it and do not want it. Tell me what I can do. Zero, nada. There is nothing I can do but look at this useless object for the next century. Next, they'll be pitching Arbonne, I'm sure. Spending money foolishly. After spending thousands on having a new heating system installed, I find out that someone has damaged it by the same amount. We were very fortunate that our home did not rot from the inside due to the water that was seeping in through the roof. The unit was eventually removed and thrown away for a fee. We tried to reach them many times, but they either never got back to us or gave us a lame explanation each time. After receiving payment, they will no longer care about doing maintenance.
