"A salesperson for Tenco, around 20 years old and just hired for the firm, was sent out. The meeting was a waste of everyone's time since the representative knew nothing about the firm. His concluding statement that the attic insolation is calculated as 2 times the entire square footage of our home was the last straw. Bad news. Tenco's sales representatives did not bother to follow up with a phone call." - Max S.

"The crew was kind and courteous. But they didn't appear to know a whole lot. They had no idea what the problem message indicated on the screen. After fiddling with the wiring for an hour and a half, they declared victory. A few days later, I saw the same problem message on the screen. I switched to a different firm. The trouble originated in the roof's junction box, which Tenco neglected to inspect. The issue was identified and corrected. It was a total loss to invest in Tenco." - Kaleb C.

"My system's built-in wifi box, which is supposed to serve as a monitor, doesn't even operate. So the app is worthless and from the horrific experience of trying to get anybody to even speak to me about the three-month wait on turning on my system after they installed a defective converter, I feel nothing will be done anyhow. Getting solar panels was something I was excited about. At least I have a number to contact if I have any questions or concerns regarding my system. "Two months after I purchased my panels, they suddenly ceased generating electricity. Purchased in June, failed on August 1st. I was supposed to have a technician come out tomorrow (9/16), but I just received a text saying that they are now rescheduling for 11/23. Meanwhile, I'm stuck with the bill for the panels that have been collecting dust on my roof for months. VALUELESS TALK. The customer service is unmatched. They can afford to charge less since they don't guarantee their work. Don't be duped by the low cost. They won't aid you if you ask for it." - Colin M.

"Our pool's solar panels were leaking. It only took Tenco company half an hour to come on-site and do the work. They charged us $192.00 for the half-hour of work, including $66 for the plugs and $126 for the labor ("service" and labor). When we had the same problem fixed before, we paid $78.00. "Unfortunately, the solar pool lines had to be severed during the installation of new gutters, and I foolishly decided that I could fix it myself without scheduling the repair. Now that I had everything I needed, including a ladder, I knew it was too dangerous for me to attempt. I made many calls and finally settled on one that was available a week and a half away. Tenco contacted me and told me they had an opening the next day! I, of course, accepted the offer. I'm happy to write this review since they told me they could fix it in less than 24 hours. They not only painted the PVC to match the roof and stucco, but they also fixed the broken pipe. They touched up the stucco, but the ladder scratched the paint. Everything was dealt with in a timely and competent manner. If I ever have any further solar energy or pool-related requirements, I know where to go: Tenco." - Ayden O.

"Tenco Solar is an excellent and reliable business partner. Our solar pool heater was put up by them. They arrived promptly, and by 3 o'clock, our work was done. It was priced pretty reasonably. Since we can't bring ourselves to like swimming in cold water, having them build our solar-powered pool of dreams has been a fantastic experience. "After the company installed our solar panels, they disappeared and Bryan arrived to inspect them. My mom had long been concerned about their performance, but he bluntly stated that our panels were fine. He went so far as to describe exactly what they were producing and how to detect it. Asked if we wanted him to clean them, but we declined, saying it wasn't necessary. He was dishonest when he could have lied. Fantastic. Also, my dad recently informed me that he had traveled from San Diego to see me. In the future, if I need anything related to solar energy, I will contact him or recommend him to others. "Amazing, Parker came back again! Similar to most homeowners, we don't put much faith in outsiders. I have so few reliable contractors that I can count them on one hand. We've known Parker for a long time, and he's been a wonderful friend. He's easy to get in touch with, can repair anything, and won't push unnecessary products on you. Normal contractors simply care about making a profit. Not to insinuate that he isn't, but his outlook on trustworthiness and customer service is long-term. That's very significant in our times!
