"For me, this situation has been hopeless from the start. The salesman used faulty arithmetic to get me to sign the contract, and then he demanded $1,000 up front. I saw this was a bad bargain, but Hemal insisted on keeping the $1,000 in "expenses" even after I asked to be released from the contract. They assured me that dealing with the city would not cost me anything, but now I'm being asked to foot the bill because of a "clause" in the contract. Do not invest in solar, and especially not with Universal Solar, if you are unfamiliar with the procedure." - Karen
"We just had solar panels put here by Universal Solar System. The panels are doing their job, and we've already seen a drop in our monthly power cost. The installation procedure was lengthy and there were misunderstandings in communicating with customer assistance. The product as a whole is acceptable, but customer support leaves much to be desired." - Philip
"We are happy with the amount of electricity produced by the Universal Solar System solar panels. The installation fee, however, was more expensive than what we saw with competing services. If they could lower the cost of their installations, that would be fantastic." - Emma
"Due to their stellar reputation, we went with Universal Solar System, however thus far, the solar panels' output has been below par. It's average at best, which is not to say that it's a letdown. In a similar vein, their customer service was adequate; we had our questions answered, although we would have appreciated a speedier response time. In general, I would say it was an average adventure." - Mia
"A lot of people were let down by Universal Solar System. Their solar panels and installation were far more expensive than those of other established companies. Despite the high cost, the panels haven't produced enough energy to offset our monthly power costs. We feel like we were taken advantage of, therefore if you're in the market for solar energy products, we suggest looking elsewhere." - Martin
"We've been pleased with Universal Solar System's solar panels for our home's needs for the last three years. Our monthly bills are low because we subscribed to an energy business that buys back solar electricity and installed a 10 kilowatt system at our home. The application and installation processes were simplified by Universal Solar." - Jacob
"Having solar panels placed on our roof was a fantastic experience. Each member of the crew is very bright and well-versed. And above all else, courteous. They conceived an excellent strategy. explained the strategy in detail. They stuck to the strategy. Never before have I encountered a company with such impressive levels of professionalism. The panels may be set up in no time at all. Anyone may count on my endorsement of them. The group is easy to get in touch with." - Gregory
"My family and I have just contracted with Universal Solar. Next year is when I'll put my plan into action. In the last several months, I've shopped at TESLA, Sun Run, Blue Power, and a few more local options. Universal Solar, on the other hand, stood out due to their transparent pricing, high-quality goods, and transparent business practices. Nadya, their Solar Advisor, was a pleasure to deal with; she was really helpful and knowledgeable, and she patiently responded to all of our inquiries and requests for revisions in order to meet our requirements. Her comments were both detailed and timely. We can't wait till next year to finally have our installation completed. Once the installation is finished, I will write a new evaluation on their work. From what I have heard from others who have used Universal Solar to get their projects done, I have no doubt that working with them will be a positive experience." - James
"At a friend's house, I got my first hands-on experience with Universal solar panels. In August of 2020, I contacted Universal Solar after he recommended them to me.The procedure was explained to me by Billy, Dustin, and Hemal.Within 60 days, they contacted my HOA, submitted the necessary paperwork, and received clearance from the HOA, Coserv, and the City of Frisco. The installation was also done very professionally. On October 8th, everything went off without a hitch, and we became the happy owners of a solar system.Completely content...The crew at Universal Solar did an outstanding job.Fantastic, you two....It is my sincere wish that everyone would put money into "going green" and contribute to reverse the impacts of climate change.Well worth the cost...Reduce your carbon footprint; install solar panels. Specs: 14.2 kW, 48 Panels, and an Average Monthly Production of 1,800 kWh" - Ethan
"After 2017's devastating storms, we finally got our system set up. Since being set up, there have been zero issues with the system's functionality. Promptly, they came to my aid. When we put out bids for a system, that's when.Their offer was the lowest of all those we received for our project. Because our roof was so new, they took extra precautions to avoid damaging it before it had "matured." They were able to get funding on very favorable terms. Installation was preceded by careful attention to documentation. Other residents have told me that they waited weeks for their system to be "turned on" while their Interconnect Agreement was being processed. Since we'd already completed the necessary paperwork before installing the system, it began making money for us right away. They reacted quickly and affordably when we had an issue with squirrels making a home beneath our panels. Their after-installation service lasts for months." - Sharanya
