US Solar Squared online reputation

According to the customer evaluation that was given, US Solar Squared LLC did not meet the client's expectations. Despite the company professing to be in control of the system, the client said that it took them more than two weeks to detect that his solar system had stopped functioning. The client additionally complained that the company's contact and response times were slow and that spare parts deliveries took too long. Overall, it appears from this assessment that US Solar Squared LLC may have some issues with their methods for customer service, communication, and installation. It's crucial to keep in mind that this is only one client's experience, and other customers may have different results working with the business. Before choosing which solar firm to deal with, it is always a good idea to conduct extensive research and read a few reviews.
"System functioned well. On April 21, 2022, the system stopped working after being installed in December 2018. On May 5, 2022, I caught it. To restart the system, I called them. The salesman who sold me the system assured us that they monitor the system and usually solve any issues before the owner notices. Why was the system down for over two weeks before I noticed it? They only monitor the system for the first year because they have to manually log into your system to check its status. It's their duty. I understand, but if I had known this from the start, I would have done it more often. They promised a technician. I patiently waited but never heard back. On May 21, 2022, I called for an update and was told a technician replaced the system inverter. I don't know why. I was then told they were waiting for an RMA to receive a replacement inverter, which would take 8–10 weeks, but with supply problems it would likely take longer. I have to pay the $213 system payment and my full power bill, which averaged $225 per month before the install, for the next few months. Beware, they don't monitor the system, they don't have replacement parts in stock, they don't communicate with consumers, and if the system fails, you may have to pay for both the system and your complete electric bill for at least two months. If US Solar responds to my review with their usual "we're sorry we couldn't help you because you left a review," preserve it. During my repeated calls about this and other issues, you might have helped. Your company's back end is clearly weak from your ratings. During the sales pitch, many false statements were made. The first was being told my system was a 9.6 kW solar system but having an inverter installed that can only handle 7.5 kW. I was assured it will be replaced with a 10kW inverter, but that hasn't happened yet. Clipping and undersizing are fine, but come on. The excessive panels I was sold may have saved me a lot. Cutting at least half of the system's 2.1 kW production may have saved me thousands of dollars in labor and panel costs. Another was not being advised that if there was a power outage, my panels would not power my home throughout the day. Yes, I was warned the system would not supply electricity to Teco due to safety risks to Teco personnel trying to restore power, but I wasn't told it would be utterly useless during my house's power outage! Your plumbing contractor damaged my property when drilling the drain for the hybrid water heater, blowing out a 4-inch part of stucco around the drain. No one has responded to my call.Do your homework. This evaluation should assist others avoid some of this company's solar mistakes. As you can see, solar is a waste. The system loan payment is $213, while my electric bill averaged $225. TECO costs $21.54 even if you don't use their power. When parts break, your systems will be down for months, so adopting solar doesn't save you anything. Then you pay for both." - E P
