"After 12 years, the original solar panel system that came with the home gave out. After calling X solar provider, they sent a technician out who, after inspecting the system, advised replacement. The X firm stopped responding after that. Once a month had passed, I dialed the number for Velocity Solar on a Monday. That afternoon, Ron came out and verified the need to replace the system and gave me an estimate. We signed the deal that same day since his pricing was lower than I had anticipated. On Tuesday, he and his team arrived, and they took down the previous setup. On Wednesday morning, a different team arrived to replace the shingles. The new system was installed on Thursday at 7:30, and by 11:00 AM, power was being generated. The Velocity Solar team finished up their work area by painting the inside and external walls, as well as cleaning up. The quality of construction is quite high.
