When my inverter still was not operating correctly after six months, I got an email about it. "In violation of the National 1978 Repair, Renovate, and Painting Act, which mandates that Baker Electric be lead based certified in order to undertake such work, the company arrived up at my home to fix my "1950s" lighting. Baker Electric has refused to provide me with the name of the "work" person who came to my home at the request of my landlord, Christine Lombardo, who is notorious for employing unlicensed contractors and defrauding local governments and the State of California out of contracting fees and, more importantly, safe practices designed to protect the tenants she does not care about. My lights were being turned on and off in the living room by the same individual I had advised not to enter my house because he did not have a certified lead contractors license to undertake repair work. As soon as I saw they were trespassing, I phoned the Vista Sheriff to report it. Strangely, if the contractor and landlord Christine Lombardo believed they were in the right to be on the property and were doing necessary repairs without malice, they both departed before the Sheriff came." - Mark
