Cedar Creek Energy online reputation

Customers have mostly given Cedar Creek Energy good feedback. Customers are pleased with the caliber of their offerings and the environment's general professionalism. They discover that both technical assistance and customer service are responsive quickly. On the other side, several clients have voiced dissatisfaction with the pricey services provided and the opaqueness of their contracts. Despite this, Cedar Creek Energy is devoted to fulfilling its commitment to provide safe, dependable, and economical energy solutions.
"I made many attempts to get in contact with them and get a quotation, but they were always unsuccessful. The appointments I had set up with a representative were both missed, and he never showed up. I initially saw them in a Google ad claiming to be a top business for 2022; I fell for it, only to learn that they were not chosen for anything and did not win anything. Almost had me there, with all that enticing fake advertising. Don't go yawning carelessly. The same thing happened when I attempted to post a bad review on Google and people began reporting it. I wouldn't be shocked if they paid people to write those glowing Google ratings. A corporation from the West likely pays workers in the Third World less than the minimum wage to put up with them. Simply said, these folks are a huge oof buncha people and you should go elsewhere if you want solar." - Sebastian E.
"We chose to investigate solar energy generation once we realized we had no desire to cut our energy use. Among the five local firms we interviewed, Cedar Creek Energy stood out for its high integrity, excellent customer service, and affordable pricing. Unfortunately, their focus on service drops off once the installation is complete. After just a year, our inverter failed, a "rare" event. Cedar Creek Energy took a week to visit and inspect the system, and then the replacement took considerably longer to arrive than the website promised. For the whole month of July, we had no access to solar power. If there is a problem with the system, such as a broken pipe, it needs immediate repair. Rapid evaluation and course adjusting. Every time we need service, we run into problems. I am unable to endorse this business at this time. The service is terribly sluggish and poorly executed." - Nathaniel S.
"I'm all for cutting-edge gadgets, but Cedar Creek Energy has really let me down. Permits weren't acquired until after the work had already been done on my house for two weeks, therefore it was done without them. The project's status was misrepresented to me. Municipal authorities in the area are known for their speedy responses. The whole undertaking took several weeks longer than expected. Cedar Creek Energy's ineptitude caused all of the significant setbacks. Tech 4.5/5. As a company, we place a value of 0 out of 5." - Brody F.
"The new system isn't living up to its billing. The organization has failed miserably in providing any kind of customer support or contact. Worker appearances have been both unexpected and inconsistent. It's quite annoying. I have warned others before about this firm, and I will continue to do so now that I know better." - Jesus K.
"So far, I'm giving it a 2/5. The work done so far has been satisfactory, but my evaluation will remain unfinished until the system is up and running. We were really pleased with Johnny as our sales representative. The contractor they hired to install them did an excellent job as well. Just know that this has been a lengthy process that is far from over." - Carlos L.
"They built a 50-panel en phase micro-inverter-based system on our house with battery backup, and the quality of their staff's work has been great throughout the whole process, from the proposal to the system being in operation. To keep things going forward while we were out of town, they even sent someone to our home to assist inspections if the timetable needed to be changed due to hardware availability issues." - Henry P.
"Everything from making the transaction to finalizing the contract to completing the installation and establishing service went well. The installation team did a fantastic job. Since this is a brand-new construction, we're used to having a slew of workers milling around the place. Some are much superior than others. The workers from Cedar Creek were reliable, careful with our property, and conscientious cleaners. Not all contractors are trustworthy, though. Their labor and goods are of exceptional quality. Cedar Creek Energy has my highest possible recommendation." - Aidan W.
"My system was just installed today, and I have to say that Cedar Creek has been great to work with. I must have had quotations from half a dozen firms, and most of them had to re-quote me many times as I made changes to the specifications I provided. I have absolutely no regrets about choosing Cedar Creek; they weren't the cheapest, but their service, expertise, and the friendliness of their salesman made up for it. Once I signed contracts and we got down to work, I had exactly the same experience. My project manager did a fantastic job of explaining everything to me, keeping me informed, and answering all of my questions. While she was gone, Patrick stepped in and did a fine job filling in. When it came time to install it, the team did a superb job. The roofers were pleasant to work with, maintained a tidy job site, patiently addressed my inquiries, and did a fantastic job overall. The electrician was also very professional and skilled in his work, and he did an excellent job of neatly routing the cables after listening to my concerns. I have already recommended Cedar Creel to a number of people, and I do not doubt that they will continue to be there for me in the future." - Ian R.
"For many years, my family discussed the possibility of installing a solar array. The proposal process from Cedar Creek Energy was excellent when we were ready to go ahead. They didn't try to force anything on me, and I enjoyed how honest their responses were. To our amazement, the 12.2 KW system continues to generate electricity even in the darkest months of the year. Everything went really well, and Cedar Creek kept us updated every step of the way. Congratulations, Cedar Creek." - Adam W.
"Since returning to my home state in 2006, I've longed for the PV system I had in California, but the technical advancements and affordable price have finally convinced me to make use of my outstanding exposure. Comparing what I sold back to the California grid, the rate I got from my utility is quite excellent. I got quotations from a few other local contractors I was interested in working with and ultimately decided to go with Cedar Creek. Everything went well, and everyone I dealt with was kind and helpful. The firm and its workers' dedication to safety throughout the system's installation in the sweltering June heat was particularly impressive to me. I thought it was great that you guys took breaks from working up on the roof and cooled down in the shade every once in a while. The workers, the electricians, and the project manager all contributed to an attractive final product. There are no complaints I can make about this experience." - Diego E.
