Since then it has failed 11 times, each time requiring the presence of one of their repairmen for 12-15 days before it would start working again, and even then only for a limited time. On my last visit, a faulty inverter was discovered and they promised to fix it. Solar systems fail all the time, rendering them useless. The previous time I called, I was assured that the inverter needed for repair would be in place; today they showed up to run the same test as before. Since the owner of the company lives in the area and their prices were among the lowest, I decided to try them. My wife and I were blown away by the result. The team was great in every way. They repaired the damage to the fascia and replaced the gutters and replaced all three of our roofs. The final cleanup was done with the same care as the rest of the project. Nothing about the work was unexpected. Everything was thought out and executed without a hitch. The fact that I won't have to stress about finishing the roof again anytime soon is my biggest disappointment. If anyone needs any roof work done, I highly recommend choosing EMT.
