Global Efficient Energy (Permanently closed) online reputation

Customers have generally had mixed opinions of Global Efficient Energy, with many of the disproportionately unfavorable remarks centering on customer service. Others complained about delayed or unresponsive customer support, while others praised the quick response to their inquiries. Concerns were also raised regarding the contracts' complexity and lack of transparency. Several clients, on the other hand, expressed pleasure with the job completed as well as the assistance and guidance they got from the team.
"As many of you have pointed out, I knew I would save 40% after having a radiant barrier installed and 14 solar panels placed in the best possible locations. Not only did early customers not experience any cost reductions, but they also received terrible treatment from staff. I complained to the BBB, but they didn't do anything about this company's history of poor customer service and repeated fraud; instead, the owner just changed the name of the firm many times to avoid paying off his debts. I have only been able to estimate a 23% cost decrease, and I have no idea how much manufacturing is happening. Find out who is behind this operation and discourage your loved ones from doing business with them under any guise." - Gabriel H.
"Since 2013, I have been struggling with this. In my opinion, the elderly are a specific target demographic for Global Efficient Energy. I can't get out of my debt since doing so will severely damage my credit. The silver insulation in the attic is disintegrating, and the attic fan and solar panels have stopped working. Many attempts at contacting this firm have gone unanswered. In 2013, I asked for an invoice detailing the work that had been completed but was informed that the salesperson was no longer employed at the company. Despite paying a monthly fee, I have seen little to no savings on my electricity cost. I was told I'd be getting a discount on my payment, but it's now 2016 and I still haven't received a response to my emails or a bill in the mail. I have informed my representative in congress that this business practices fraud." - Christian L.
"They are in-house burglars. They enrolled me in a lending program without my knowledge or consent. I videotaped everything and was told there wouldn't be any action for a year. The interest rate on the loan they signed me up for was $7700. They wouldn't provide me a copy of the revised contract until 12 months later, and even then it included discrepancies with the original (such as stating that the new rate would be 30% but the previous version said 40%). Their refusal to provide me with a copy gives them the impression that they have the upper hand and can deceive me in the future. In addition to stealing $7700 from me, they keep insisting that I owe them money." - Nathan T.
"In 2014, we invested in solar panels and were promised a savings of forty percent. Our maximum savings rate is now 25%. They won't respond to your calls or emails, and if you do manage to get in touch with someone, they'll be completely clueless as to what's going on. They have the blind guiding the blind in their organization. Those in charge at this company—the CEO, COO, and CFO—should go to prison for stealing the millions of dollars in promises they made to its customers last year." - Jackson K.
"I requested many minor "energy efficient" upgrades, including an attic radiant barrier, solar panels, three new outside doors, one replacement window, and a few other things. Radiant barrier installers ruined my existing insulation and left a live wire exposed, which is when the troubles began. They did a mediocre job at best fixing these problems. The next part was the time frame during which they would repeatedly phone to cancel previously scheduled appointments. After this happened multiple times, and I was unable to reach anybody in customer support, I made the executive decision to terminate my account. Unfortunately, they charged my credit card in full for the work in advance. For months, I've been calling to attempt to have this handled, but I keep being transferred and no one ever returns my calls, and in the meanwhile, interest continues accruing on my account." - John W.
"I recently had the good fortune of working with this wonderful organization. The company did a free home evaluation for me and found exactly the areas where I had been having problems for years. Not only did I love everything they had to offer, but the improvements they made to my home exceeded my expectations. The customer assistance is exceptional. I highly recommend Global Efficient Energy." - Samuel S.
"It was a flawless success. The crew arrived at about 7 a.m., and they finished work by 3:14 p.m. The crew leader explained everything to us and made sure we were comfortable with the process. Professional. After installation, they got us hooked up with the Tesla app and showed us the ropes. The energy and power wall was already being filled with our production. We expected the power to be off for about an hour, but it was back on after that. Before turning off the power, they notified us. Excellent service." - Dylan A.
"I had solar panels installed on my roof today by Global Efficient Energy and it was a wonderful experience. The team's work was top-notch. They showed up at the appointed time, communicated honestly and openly about what was going to happen, and worked hard to get the job done, even when problems arose that were not anticipated. Working with a solid group of people who collaborate and cooperate to achieve great results has been the highlight of my life. There was a fantastic rapport between them that made coming to work a pleasure. By the end of the day, the crew had checked the panels and everything was working perfectly! They left with me, a very satisfied customer who is thrilled with the solar panel installation, and we toasted with sparkling water. Working with Global Efficient Energy was easy because of their transparent approach and flexible payment plans. If you are looking for residential solar panels, Global Efficient Energy is the one for you." - Jonathan M.
"I'm fortunate to be employed by such a great organization. They guaranteed that everything would be carried out properly. They also have impeccable manners. My system was expertly installed by these people. The design was modern and attractive. My 9-kilowatt solar array is the envy of the neighborhood. Ideally, it acts as a thermal barrier as well." - Tyler J.
"The Global Efficient Energy crew rocks! Since the first day, I made my purchase, they have been quick to respond and reliable with their delivery times. The installation crew was able to identify problems and make rapid, effective decisions on how to fix them. I was pleased by their ability to make adjustments on the fly, and the behind-the-scenes crew kept me apprised of any impacts on deadlines or other logistics. As a whole, Global Efficient Energy is the best solar option out there." - Caleb R.
