"This location is just awful. The individual who created our system was problematic for me. I informed him that the number of quoted panels was inadequate. He emailed me angrily, defending his valuation as correct. Even when I showed him my electricity bill, he said nothing. Sometime later, a request for referrals for solar companies came through. I cautioned them to avoid contact with these individuals. A firm representative apologized and begged for another opportunity a few days later. I promised him I'd give it a go. For a time (my system still gives me a lot of trouble), they were excellent. I asked for assistance through email three times and got no response. Don't bother with these idiots. I need to find a business that will work on a system that bears these folks' names. What a pain!" - Adam D.

"Have a fantastic product, however, the front desk employees and proprietors are arrogant and nasty when confronted with questions. They were late on more than one occasion and caused damage to my property while installing. I really like this product, however, I wouldn't dream of recommending it to my friends or coworkers." - Diego F.

"The marketer assured me that I would save $15,000 to $25,000 on my power bill over the course of 20 years. Due to the fact that "the panels only supply 90% of your use," the power company has started collecting additional fees from me each month in addition to the increased solar panel payment. Due to the salesperson's misleading information, I cannot endorse this business. Compare solar panel installation services before deciding. DO NOT put your faith in this firm if you are trying to save cash. Find the finest firm for your requirements if lowering your environmental impact is a priority." - Carlos N.

"The installation of the solar panels was delayed from June until December. My electric provider afterward botched the installation. Because ion took so long to install, the necessary permits eventually ran out, extending our wait time. In early February of this year, I received a text from Granite State Solar saying that everything had been approved and that our system will be activated within the following two to three weeks. Until the month of May, nothing worked. Only the salesperson who originally sold us the machine made any attempt to rectify the matter. Evidently, nobody else gave a hoot. "When it comes to communicating with customers, Granite State Solar's personnel leaves a lot to be desired. I had to repeatedly write emails only to receive boilerplate replies like "We're looking into it" or "We'll get back to you." The sales representative's offer of a bonus was the deciding factor for me and my spouse. We were only given a fraction of the incentive after the panels were put in, and we're now waiting to hear back about the remainder. I would have given this firm my highest recommendation if they had delivered on their promises. I don't know whether other people have had this issue, but if I could do it again, I probably wouldn't have bought from Granite State Solar without first researching other local providers. They knew what they were doing, gave good advice that ultimately led to a smooth installation, and stuck to the agreed-upon price and schedule. In addition to being quite competent in their job, their personnel was also really pleasant to interact with.
