Impact Energy online reputation

Customers that have used Impact Energy have, on the whole, been pleased with their experiences. The speed of the installation and the helpfulness of the staff have both been praised by those who have used the company's solar panels. However, some clients have complained about the high price of goods and services and the extensive upkeep the panels need. Overall, it looks like Impact Energy provides high-quality goods and services, as seen by the positive feedback from its clientele.
"This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, with poor communication and a revolving door of inept project managers (I went through three or four of them on a very simple task). I've been waiting for the Enphase battery to be installed for months now. I haven't heard anything new until I specifically asked for it. I still haven't received an installation date. Avoid this hassle and instead, use one of the other many solar and energy storage installation firms." - Jake K.
"Impact Energy's solar prices are competitive because the business is so large, yet the corporation moves at a snail's pace. Every step of the installation process takes many extra days or weeks compared to what is typical with other providers. They can't take on any more clients at this time, and/or they don't have enough staff. If you want to work with this organization, you'll need to have a lot of patience. They're as slow as molasses. After getting passed the earliest stages, customer service drops significantly. If we were starting again, we'd probably choose a different vendor." - Jaxon F.
"They came out and provided me a great solar quotation, but they didn't answer any of my follow-up questions. I sent an email multiple times but received no reply. The representative said he was busy and would call me back. Nothing has happened after two weeks. Another solar energy provider is preferable, in my opinion. If anything sounds too good to be true, it probably is." - Patrick C.
"Unmatched price was mentioned on a slide in their original presentation, and I almost signed before I saw it. Saying, "Find a lower price and we'll match it!" Several other equally rated, qualified, and regulated businesses had offered their services to me for thousands less. The energy adviser, told me they could not do it when I brought up this provision. The director of sales, called me back thereafter and I told him I didn't believe him. I added that I could see why they may be hesitant to provide a 1:1 match, but that they could offer some kind of pricing concession to respect their stance. He, too, was uninterested in negotiating a lower price. Making such a big assertion while refusing to meet and bargain with the customer says a lot about the company's character. There is no use in moving through with a massive financial endeavor if the corporation would not back up its promises." - Santiago P.
"I installed a pricey ground-mount solar system with 35 panels. The installers failed to replace or repair many panels that fractured within the first year after installation. Additionally, the panels are not flush and the system was not mounted at a level surface. They have been impossible to work with and have refused to come address the problem. Please stay away from Impact Energy." - Oscar B.
"I had planned to have Impact Energy install solar panels on my roof in October of 2019. I was able to have some much-needed electrical work done at the same time that my solar panels were installed. Since we started using the system in February of 2020, both the output and the help I've gotten from the company have exceeded my expectations. Even though I had a couple of equipment failures lately, the Impact Energy team was always quick to respond to my inquiries and requests for follow-up, and they made it a point to get someone out to the site as soon as possible to diagnose the problems. I have complete faith in my choice to engage with this organization because of their commitment to providing excellent customer service." - Collin S.
"Impact's customer service has been phenomenal, and I can't sing their praises enough. They helped me understand how solar energy works and supported me every step of the way. Compared to other offers I have received, the price of the panels and installation was quite reasonable, and their communication and guidance through the process was excellent. I have used Impact before, and I will be contacting them again for any solar panel and roofing work I need." - Edward N.
"Everything that was promised to me by Impact Energy's sales team was delivered. They handled the assignment with professionalism and speedy responses at all times. They went through some additional hoops with the city since an inferior electrician had installed the electrical box for our previous build. After three tries, we eventually passed the inspection after they made the required alterations to satisfy the inspector. Without a doubt, we will hire them again if the necessity arises." - Jeremy M.
"A Google search led me to Impact Energy, and I immediately concluded that it was a trustworthy and reliable organization. Their assistance in making my panel and inverter selections was invaluable. Their price structure was simple. It was a lot more expensive since we decided to put the panels on the ground instead of on our tile roof. For my wife's sake, this was a worthwhile investment since it would make maintaining and cleaning our panels much simpler. Some municipal delays and a paucity of materials extended the duration of the project. Obtaining the necessary approvals required extensive communication with the local building authority. We still had a launch date of less than four months. With the help of the Impact Energy team, we were able to complete this project successfully. Our loved ones will be joining Impact Energy very soon!" - Alan H.
"Despite a shaky beginning, management and very competent project managers at Impact Energy ultimately solved my problem, and I am now a very satisfied client. At the time of the site review, it was found that I need picture frame for lightweight tile, which I strongly objected to since it would have added $7,000 to the total cost. Impact Energy completed the project without spending any more money because to their resourcefulness, hard work, and inventiveness. Impact Energy truly went above and beyond to make me a happy (and wealthy) client, and I would have written it off as a sales trick if I wasn't a developer myself." - Ryder T.
