"I am absolutely appalled by the delivery time. The website advertised it as a "fast" shipping option, yet nearly two weeks have passed since my purchase. It has also been extremely difficult to get in contact with customer service. When I finally did manage to get through, their response was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. I am highly dissatisfied with my experience of Pure Light Power and would not recommend them to anyone. Their poor delivery times and lack of customer service is unacceptable and it has ruined my online shopping experience. This is simply unacceptable in this day and age when many people cannot afford to pay the full cost of a purchase upfront. Without financing options, customers like myself who are interested in the product must either scrap the purchase or find other means of funding. On top of this, the lack of financing options could also drive away potential customers who may be discouraged by having to pay upfront. PureLightPower.com needs to understand that providing a variety of financing options is essential for customer satisfaction. This is especially true in the solar energy industry, where product prices can be high and customers often need more flexible payment plans. "The website claimed to have a large selection of products, but when I tried to find something specific I was out of luck. There were only a handful of items that seemed to fit what I needed, which left me feeling frustrated and underwhelmed. I had to settle on something that wasn't quite what I wanted, and now I'm stuck with a product that doesn't meet my needs. This is unacceptable customer service! Purelightpower.com should be ashamed of themselves for offering such a limited selection of products and not providing customers with the options they need or deserve. "When I initially looked into the website, they were advertising prices that were significantly lower than what I finally paid. The advertised price was discounted, but then had hidden costs added to it during checkout - material, shipping and installation costs. I understand that those would need to be added but the total was much higher than expected. I contacted their customer service team and they were incredibly unhelpful. They told me that it was a "one-time special deal" and offered no further explanation or satisfaction for my experience.
