Renu did a great job informing me of solar options, helping me to understand various system size options I was interested in, and I believe helped me to find a system that best met my need. They acted without pressuring me at any point and the “turnkey” solution made the process very simple on my end.
We had a wonderful experience with Renu. After a tornado damaged our solar system, Renu came to remove the system on the roof and later returned to re-install it after the roof was repaired. Communication was wonderful, expectations were set and met without issues. Technicians were very friendly and professional. We are nearing the end of the installation of our Renu Energy Solution project, and could not be happier! Everything has been carried out, just as our salesman, Jeremy Pitts said it would!
