I was given the option of providing my own shipment, which meant I would have to pay an extra $18 for gas and time to drive to a battery distributor outside of my area. No one ever explained to me why it was more expensive if I arranged for my own trucking. The specified location was 60 miles distant. I spent three hours on that today. Carrie, the person with whom I had the most contact, was both courteous and informative in our exchanges. It wasn't her fault, and she did everything she could to make things right for the next customer.
