If the third time I have to drive the same twenty minutes to pick up or return my $55k purchase, you've lost me as a customer. He was a jerk who used a lot of sarcasm. He spoke down to them while answering their inquiries. I'm glad I didn't do it while I was alone in the house; that guy seemed distressed, and I didn't feel comfortable relying on him. He didn't even bother to leave a business card or any reading material. The business cannot be trusted. Never let these people you don't know into your house while you're alone yourself.
