If the third time I have to drive the same twenty minutes to pick up or return my $55k purchase, you've lost me as a customer. He was a jerk who used a lot of sarcasm. He spoke down to them while answering their inquiries. I'm glad I didn't do it while I was alone in the house; that guy seemed distressed, and I didn't feel comfortable relying on him. He didn't even bother to leave a business card or any reading material. The business cannot be trusted. Never let these people you don't know into your house while you're alone yourself. They are slow to respond, and when they do send someone out to address your installation problems, they give you a charge after the fact. It's been years of frustration and disaster after disaster.
