Southwest Sun Solar online reputation

Southwest Sun Solar has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from satisfied clients who have lauded the company's courteous employees and dependable service. Some reviews, however, have mentioned that their costs are on the higher end and that their turnaround times for certain services are lengthy. In the end, Southwest Sun Solar provides an outstanding service that many customers have praised.
"Make sure your roof is either brand new or could easily survive another decade before installing solar panels. When in doubt, don't do it! If you need a new roof and are concerned about the solar panels, they can remove them for you. They won't let you in on the dirty little secret that there's a hefty charge involved in taking down the solar panels and putting them back up again." - Brandon P.
"Do not waste your time with this con. Despite the initial savings of $500, the hassles and unexpectedly high costs that follow more than cancel them out. The first panel's manufacturing couldn't keep up with the demand, so I was informed I required a second. Unfortunately, I committed to participating in another Sunnova panel by signing up with this firm. There aren't enough cost savings to warrant installing the additional window. I now have to pay two monthly solar costs. I strongly advise anybody interested in solar energy to keep searching rather than being lured into a 25-year contract with no out." - Lucas O.
"They do a lousy job of installing things. You would anticipate a clean installation from a licensed business that is also NABCEP-approved. I was so incorrect. They are uninterested in your use of solar power. Because they put the panels down near to my chimney, only three of them are producing power. Instead of having them near to the chimney on Array #1, those three might be placed on the side of the roof where Array #2 is located. As a consequence, daily energy losses of about 2–3 kwh are to be expected. Over the course of time, it will add up to a substantial amount. The account manager, flat-out denied there was an issue when I questioned him about it. Once again, I contacted the Southwest Sun Solar representative to inquire on the status of our roof. On the installation design he sent, there was no panel located anywhere near the chimney. You can save money by not dealing with them, however. Now I have to persuade them not to travel with the three persons I mentioned to them." - Isaac V.
"This is a bogus business. They trick you into buying their Service and then steal your money using deceptive means. Never one to leave reviews, I felt compelled to let others know that my father, a retired man on a fixed income who was seeking for ways to save money, was stolen by this company. CHOOSE ANOTHER PROVIDER, PLEASE!! I will definitely tell on them. They refused to take any action to resolve the problem." - Jack C.
"Poor service of the worst kind!! We just signed a contract, but after reading it in detail, we realized it doesn't work in our favor if we ever sell the property and the new owner doesn't qualify to continue paying for the system. Since the contract indicates that we have 7 days to cancel, I've been attempting to get in touch with them, but they aren't responding to my messages or approving our cancellation request. Please recommend a competent attorney if you know of one who can assist me." - Kevin L.
"If you get up before sunrise, you'll be OK. I had a terrific experience getting to know the personnel at Southwest Sun Solar, who installed my system. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and in the end, I decided that Southwestern Solar was the best option. Southwest Sun Solar is the place to go if you're thinking about installing a solar energy system, period." - Jordan P.
"My mom had heard great things about Southwest Sun Solar and was going to contact them, but I kept putting off calling. My sales representative, when it comes to the installation and approval process, he is fast, prompt and professional. His staff has always been very accommodating and quick to answer any questions I have. We plan on using them to install solar panels on both of our homes. Thank you for making my life easier." - Justin G.
"I think the whole team is fantastic. Great service, fast and reliable as well as open and trustworthy. At the first meeting, the representative appeared to have a tremendous amount of knowledge. He understood my monetary goals. So thanks to these panels, my monthly energy costs will be reduced by 50%. My house is part of an HOA, which caused a delay in getting started, but after it was taken care of, it was done in less than a week. I did not incur any additional costs. There were no additional costs. When I have another solar related job, I will definitely use this company again." - Luke D.
"You should make sure the firm you choose to install new materials on your current roof has a solid track record and a sufficient number of satisfied customers before you hire them. My colleague found out about them from a satisfied client and told me about them, so I decided to give them a try. In my opinion, personal recommendations are significantly more reliable than any kind of advertising. They arrived when they said they would and finished the installation of 18 solar panels in 6 hours. What more could one possibly want? I would definitely use them again if necessary. Fantastic business! Get in touch with Huy, a friendly guy who will help you out. Those folks are awesome." - Carter F.
"We couldn't be happier with Southwest Sun Solar. This is my second home that I've decided to put solar panels on. My prior was purchased, and the transition to the new one went without a hitch. Anna was my sales agent/representative both times, and she was invaluable to me. I received prompt responses and excellent service. Facilitated progress toward our ultimate goal of prompt panel installation and activation. Once they've made the deal, most salespeople disappear after handing over the merchandise. Even after a year, Anna answers all of our questions. My inquiries were promptly answered by the helpful support team. For any and all solar energy requirements, please consider Anna and Southwest Sun Solar." - Owen G.

Southwest Sun Solar Energy is a powerhouse in the solar industry. There are just 120 people following the page, and there is very little content there. The site seems legitimate, including contact details for a local branch and the company's stated mission. Two posts and a handful of likes indicate very little engagement with the page. The lack of information on the number of clients the firm has makes it difficult to determine whether Southwest Sun Solar is a real solar energy supplier or not.
