Xando Energy online reputation

Customer satisfaction with Xando Energy has generally been good. Customers lauded Xando Energy for their superior customer support, affordable prices, and simple and quick purchase procedure. Customers also said that Xando Energy continuously provides dependable and superior energy solutions that satisfy their demands. However, several clients said that they had trouble getting in touch with Xando Energy and that the business might have done a better job of reaching out to them. Overall, Xando Energy's clients have given them favorable feedback.
"Very unprofessional organization; after contacting you through Indeed and setting up a Zoom interview, they bombard you with confirmation emails and texts and then don't let you into the meeting at the appointed time. Waylon appears to have something against his fellow Hispanics." - Brooks K.
"I invested in a solar panel and battery setup. Ten months and thirteen maintenance visits (as Xando Energy calls them) later, we are finally operational. Please be aware that we spent HOURS on the phone attempting to get assistance to get the system up and running, which is why it took us so long to have those 13 repair visits. The wall that separates consumers from Xando Energy employees works. Xando Energy resents having to concede that human follow-through is sometimes necessary. We had a lot of well-intentioned but unqualified repairmen come to our house. I know someone who boasted about having replaced 12 MCIs. However, no explanation was provided as to what was initially setting off the MCIs. The server remained up for more than four hours after he departed." - Abram K.
"Xando Energy's customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Even though the panels were placed in May 2020, it took many phone calls and emails to get them to talk to our electricity supplier. Two months without power. Our inverter suddenly stopped talking to the solar panels in September of 2022. So, once again, there was energy production but no consumption. After spending 3 hours on the phone with customer service, I finally managed to get a repairman out to fix the inverter. Excellent, however they were unable to resolve the issue. He said he'd talk to the manager and come back to me. Time has passed: three weeks. I waited on hold for an additional hour after making a second attempt to arrange a call. Don't buy anything if it can't be maintained." - Javon N.
"The Xando Energy agent who handled us was fired before our contract was up, and even though we were assured that we had "electronically signed," we never did. We have been trying to get Xando Energy to help us for 3 years now, but they do nothing. In February 2019, when we returned from our trip, we saw that we had solar panels installed on our roof. Both PG&E and Xando Energy billed us for their services. WARNING: you should avoid doing business with this firm. At this time, we have no choice but to resort to legal means of obtaining relief. Xando Energy is making false statements about ongoing investigations to delay resolution of this issue." - Roger O.
"They won't stop phoning me with junk! As often as three times a day... After you've blocked one number, the caller will try another. They also disregard the Do Not Call registry, prompting me to wonder why anybody would put their faith in them to install potentially life-threatening equipment in their homes in the first place." - Noel T.
"Fantastic experience, Xando employees are great! Knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, and customer oriented. They have the best staff and products if you are looking for solar in Florida or Southwest Florida. Thank you, guys! My system is two years old and it puts a lot more energy back online than I need. You know you're in good shape when your meter is moving forward slower than back." - Jaxson F.
"We bought a house with brand-new solar panels since the previous owners had to move out suddenly and provided us with zero information. We needed a sense of direction, so we turned to Xando. They quickly got us up and running with the Enphase App and helped us out when we ran across a little problem. Jaylin, who helped me, deserves an A+ for customer service. She has shown extraordinary effort. The house is a holiday retreat and is located far from our main residence. When electricity was restored following Hurricane Ian, I was worried about the condition of the solar panels, so I called her. We were able to relax from afar since she dispatched a technician to my house to make sure everything was OK. Fortunately, neither our metal roof nor our panels were damaged in any way. My neighbors are complaining about their exorbitant LCEC bills after the recent rate increase. My only cost is the connection charge to the utility's grid. We generate sufficient power to operate an air conditioner for most of the year, as well as a daily pool filtration. Extra electricity generation resulted in a financial reward from the utility provider. Last but not least, we are using solar electricity, the most eco-friendly source of energy. Overall, it's a fair exchange." - Johan G.
"We're prepared to install solar panels on our brand-new house. We looked at several other firms, but in the end, Xando Energy was the best fit. The Xando staff has been responsive since we signed the contract, whether it be answering questions or providing direction to our general contractor to get everything in order for the installation. Excited to begin working with Xando Energy's solar division." - Hector L.
"Xando Energy has been fantastic to work with. Our sales rep was helpful and knowledgeable throughout our dealings with her. Our project manager updated us on everything that was going on. A team of four installers did a fantastic job. Everyone we spoke with was kind and eager to help. Everyone did their assigned tasks with competence and competence. They completed the installation of 30 panels in one day and walked us through the next stages (inspection, smart meter installation, etc.). They finished the task without changing a thing that had been done. Excellent work! An absolute must-read!" - Kelvin R.
"My solar system would not have been complete without the Xando Team. Everyone I worked with from start to finish on my project was very knowledgeable, professional, and customer-focused. There was continuous and reliable communication. They were really quick to respond to my inquiries and handle my worries. Also crucial: they arrived just when they said they would. Everything in my setup is working well, and I couldn't be happier with the resulting decrease in my monthly electricity cost and the beneficial effect on the environment. Contact them via phone!" - Roman P.
