ACR Solar online reputation

ACR Solar has received mostly negative and positive feedback from its consumers. While the majority of customers were satisfied with the service they got, some complained about the company's slow response time. Customers have found ACR Solar to be dependable and reasonably priced since the company offers a good product and competent service. ACR Solar is an established, reliable solar business because of the breadth of its offerings and the expertise of its personnel.
"We had planned to travel there and do business with them. They impressed us most with how well they communicated, but we liked them overall. They stopped talking to us once we uncovered a financial anomaly. The added interest loan was nearly something we agreed to. Making any potential future refinancing of our debt moot. We've been reminding them of this for almost a month now, and they still haven't been in touch." - Diego S.
"I decided not to join them. The first issue was that the rep that came out was a chatterbox, but not in a helpful way. Even though I pointed to him that the front of the home doesn't receive nearly as much sunlight as the backyard, he insisted that the system had to be installed there. According to him, that's a common misconception. That's true. Solar panels' efficiency increases under bright sunlight. the price tag was close to $900. More so than the company I traveled with." - Julian T.
"The Chief Operating Officer got in touch with me after reading my original assessment. He was sorry about the poor service we'd been getting and pleaded with us to give ACR another go. If ACR could install our solar panels sooner than the competition, we would choose them. ACR's installation date guarantee was met, and the team who worked on the home performed a great job overall. ACR's service installation is fantastic, however, its management might need some work in my opinion. They're kind on the phone, but as a client, I need somebody to show up when they say they will and keep me apprised of progress without constantly calling. I'm glad they're successful since they produce excellent work, but it appears like the administration and customer service end of things are struggling to keep up." - Cole E.
"Our home's PV system was installed around the year 2018. This was unquestionably a 5-star event. From the first phone conversation through the final installation, everything ran well. We've been discussing a system upgrade for the last several months. The first voicemails and emails sent were not returned. We haven't heard from our sales rep since we eventually reached out to him about two weeks ago. I get that everyone is struggling because of the Covid problem, but it would have been wonderful to hear that we're not forgotten. I'm sure I can find a better fit with one of the many other available businesses." - Steven K.
"In 2019, we had ACR Solar build a 5-kilowatt system. The salesman seems to know his stuff. There were several setbacks due to poor communication and slow progress. The salesperson lied about how quickly the equipment would pay for itself. Return on investment would take between four and six years, he said. Our "real world results" show that it will take at least 8 years to break even on our original investment, and I just did the math. The company that did the installation, was the only positive aspect of the whole ordeal. Superior attire." - Jeremiah A.
"The recent rains exposed a leak in the roof. When I first started working with Adam, he was a pleasure to deal with. He arrived, assessed the situation, provided an accurate quote, quickly sent a team to the site, and completed the necessary repairs in under a week. I've dealt with several contractors, and Adam and his ACR crew were among the most competent I've ever worked with. They come with the highest of my recommendations. Thank you very much!" - Brian O.
"I have nothing but praise for these guys. Eric is very patient and can both explain complex concepts and speak in a language that anybody can understand. Alex is extremely quick to respond, open to dialogue, and eager to provide a hand. When I was out of the country, Alex engaged with the insurance company on my behalf and did all he could to ensure that my roof was properly insured. They accommodated my tight schedule and worked around my many obstacles without once making me feel terrible. Not to mention, the roof itself is stunning. I'm really satisfied and would suggest them to anybody." - Bryan D.
"Working with ACR Solar was a pleasure. Under the solar panels, my roof started leaking. The consultation was free of charge. They didn't remove the solar panels and then charge me another $150 to reinstall them. They did a complete roof over, mending loose flashings and replacing cracked edge tiles in addition to repairing and replacing damaged roof tiles. When they were finished, they also cleaned my solar panels and the rest of the deck. The price was quite low. The cost was comparable to what another business quoted for removing and replacing the solar panels, but that estimate did not include the cost of repairing the roof. Another roofing business quoted me more than ACR did, but they also wanted me to hire a solar firm to remove and replace the panels at my expense. ACR Solar comes highly suggested by me." - Sean K.
"The setup procedure was successful. Done in a matter of weeks, accommodating our schedules. Owen was very quick to respond and care about his clients' needs. A comprehensive estimate was provided, and it could be reviewed and accepted online. The permissions procedure was smooth. Owen was there for most of the setup and showed up on time for the final county inspection. The work was so well done that the county inspector made a special note of it. Owen went above and above to meet our requirements, and as a result, we felt cared for and understood. If you need solar panels, I wholeheartedly recommend ACR." - Lucas F.
"After five separate company meetings, I felt confused and psychologically drained. I discovered ACR on Yelp, and that was the best move I could have made. Here, you interact directly with the firm rather than a middleman, and they have a vested interest in keeping you as a satisfied customer since they are located nearby. A week or two later, I met with the amazing Nathaniel, and I got my panels at a great price. After the rebate, I was able to get a hybrid water heater for free. When I switched providers, I had my system up and running in record time, whereas my neighbor had to wait months for a SMUD meter. This firm has earned nothing but my highest recommendation, and I look forward to working with them again when the time comes for me to relocate." - Carlos R.

ACR Solar Social media
ACR Solar, a solar energy firm, has a polished and informative presence on Facebook. Over 300 people have liked it thus far, and its popularity continues to rise. Photos, videos, and links to learn more about the business are all included here. The text strikes a nice mix between detailing the company's products and explaining its larger goals. Customers actively engage with the content by leaving comments and "liking" their favorite postings. The brand's credibility is bolstered as a result. New people join the conversation often. Customers may learn a lot more about the business, its offerings, and its history on this website.
The ACR Solar LinkedIn corporate profile is acceptable, but it lacks a few important elements. There is a good variety of news and information about the organization, and the website has a professional appearance; yet, there are no visuals of any kind present. The use of so much yellow is striking, but not exactly welcoming. The page's low popularity (it has only 170 subscribers) may be because ACR Solar seldom participates in page discussions. This may not be the most reliable page due to a lack of features and followers plus the fact that ACR Solar is not a household name.
