Alpenglow Energy online reputation

Customer satisfaction at Alpenglow Energy is rated inconsistently in online evaluations. While some customers have had excellent interactions with the business, others have had serious problems with timeliness, professionalism, and communication. One customer expressed dissatisfaction with the firm's response and timeliness, saying they only finished the transaction because they wanted to support a community solar project. Another client's experience was really good, and they gave outstanding grades for communication, timeliness, and general project management. Generally speaking, the effectiveness of Alpenglow Energy might differ significantly based on the particular project and client experience. While some consumers have been pleased with the solar panels' quality and the price breaks provided by utility solar programs, others have had serious problems with communication, timeliness, and professionalism.
"D- for overall experience. I only finished the project because I wanted to help the community solar project. A price. Through the community solar scheme, there was a sizable reduction. A quality. The US-made Suniva panels are quite effective. F- for responsiveness. Worst firm to work with in terms of communication throughout the process. At each stage of the procedure, they promised to call in a few days, but I had to follow up with them by calling two weeks later. Partway through the project, I attempted to discuss some of these difficulties with the owner, but he appeared too preoccupied to give me more than a minute of his time. Additionally, I made an effort to learn why the panels weren't put in accordance with the plan, but I have yet to get a response. D- for punctuality. They were only on time 2 out of 7 occasions. They eventually called to let me know they would be late. One time neither they nor I received a call from them informing me that they would not be arriving. After the no-show, I contacted them that day, and nobody got back to me for more than 24 hours. F- for professionalism. At one point, a staff member flat-out lied to me, telling me that a visit was completed when it never was. At one time, the incorrect invoice was issued. Another occasion, they wanted a subcontractor to finish relocating a vent and leave holes in my roof uncovered for a week until a roofing subcontractor could arrive the next week. I put a halt to this and made plans to call the plumber myself the following week." - Steffanie W.
"I've had the solar device they installed for two years, and everything about this firm has beyond my expectations. They remain genuinely concerned about my happiness." - Deborah L.
"It was a success. The bid was accurate. All meetings and work deadlines were met on time. Although they took a while to invoice, they were quite flexible in spreading out payments across several billing periods. Every staff was courteous and nice." - JULIE G.
"In Summit County (Park City), Utah, we took part in a project called Summit Community Solar that included buying solar energy in bulk. Utah Clean Energy was involved in the project. After we expressed interest in solar, Alpenglow representatives visited us at home to assess how the roof was oriented with respect to the sun. Based on an analysis of our electricity bills and use patterns, they created a solution specifically for us. They lowered the amount of panels in order to keep inside our price range since we couldn't quite afford the whole system. (This is a motivation to investigate other power-saving options, and the system was created to accommodate the addition of more panels in the future.) Our original 1970s-era roof needs to be replaced. In order to install the solar panel brackets while the roof was being installed and then return later to install the panels, Alpenglow went above and above by working directly with our roofing contractor. They worked directly with Rocky Mountain Power to arrange for the installation of a net meter when the roof system was in place. Overall, the Alpenglow team receives excellent ratings across the board for their exceptional communication regarding scheduling the work so we knew when to expect them, punctuality, the courtesy and effectiveness of every single one of their representatives, including their installation crew, their overall project management working with the roofer and the power company, and their persistence in providing paperwork prepared by them to make our job applicable. This is a remarkable business that is improving the globe." - Bonnie B P.
"It might be daunting to entrust someone you've never met with your money, but I'm glad I did. The procedure was quite simple, and she kept me informed at every stage until she was done., I made $15,300 from my most recent transaction. I have been dealing with Mrs. Cathy Frederick, and I want to continue doing so." - Abutii Sastro
