It was impossible to get in touch with anybody, and even when I did, I received empty assurances. The owner answered his phone after a long wait, but he pushed me off repeatedly. Now that the firm is insolvent and the panels are not produced as promised, we are stuck with no options. The owner was obviously trying to put me off since he was planning on filing, which explains his behavior. Looking for a lawyer in case I decide to sue the corporation or Goodleap. "I have had nothing but problems with this business, as have a few others here. After failing to deliver for 11 months, they have apparently closed shop. I'm in support of the couple that has or will initiate the class action lawsuit. While going solar is still an option for me, I need to find a reliable firm to come and complete the work that has already been started. Unfortunately, it's not the roof of the home that needs fixing, but rather the roof of the back deck. "The solar panel installation that I paid for back in March of 2021 is still not done. The panels, however, have been paid for by me for the last 7 months. April of 2021 saw the installation of the panels. The wiring wasn't done until September. I've been told they're arranging my inspection for months now, but nothing ever happens. They decided to inspect on January 12th, 2022. Naturally, nobody showed up. I called before 5:00 and no one would answer the phone. Even after emailing, I received no replies." - Logan O.
"If you value your sanity, you should avoid working with this organization. I can relate to many of the stories posted here. My contract was signed in September 2021, it is now January 2022 and I still have no power. Numerous calls to customer service result in technicians being assigned, but they don't come or even call to cancel the call.
