Endless Energy online reputation

Customer feedback suggests that Endless Energy is a mixed bag. Some customers have had extremely bad experiences with the business, including lengthy wait periods, lack of professionalism, and subpar services. For instance, one client's mini split system troubles took almost a year to resolve, while another customer was dissatisfied with the company's tardy thermostat installation and lack of contact. There are, however, also glowing testimonials from clients who were pleased with the quality of work and customer support provided by Endless Energy. Some clients have had good experiences with the company's solar panel installation and have appreciated their professionalism and communication. Overall, it seems like Endless Energy may struggle with maintaining a consistent level of job quality and client service. When selecting this organization for any energy-related work, it is important to keep in mind that although some customers have had excellent experiences, others have had unfavorable ones.
"We got a price estimate for our rooftop system in April, and it should be finished by the beginning of July. The panels were installed on schedule, however the system is not yet functional as of the end of August. Our setup needed some attic bracing for further strength. Sawdust and wood chips were scattered all over the attic, which was a major problem with this job. The electric provider has been slow to give its final approval after the panels were placed and the building was strengthened. Once we got the OK, there was radio silence from Endless Mt Solar. After many phone calls, we were finally told to "turn on" the system. The issue is that there are not just two but three breakers that need to be activated. In addition, the company's promised mechanism to track your productivity has proven to be ineffective. Getting someone to come out ultimately needed many further calls and emails. The installation has been going on for almost four months now, and we still haven't gotten the system up and operating. Our interactions with them have led us to conclude that we cannot endorse them." - Liam
"In 2017, we had four Fujitsu Mini Splits installed by Endless Energy. In May of 2022, all 4 of them went dark. We finally got an appointment on 7/22/22 after several calls and unhelpful service. There would be no cost to us, and we were promised that this would fix the issue. Neither of those things, however, was accurate. The technicians told us the tube they were replacing had been discontinued because of reliability issues. We got a bill even though the system was still broken. Service manager and Fujitsu promised to reschedule three visits that had been booked on the same day. The end of October marked the end of all contact. We first contacted EE about this issue about a year ago. We have waited much too long." - Emanuel
"Their sales staff, in particular, is quite unprofessional. They are just interested in taking advantage of your situation financially. Two of the three mini-split heads they placed in our house are broken. One of the mini-splits we purchased has a non-functional Wi-Fi connection. I tried to get in touch with them, but after a few follow-ups they completely ignored us. We haven't been able to use the second one at night because of the squeaky sounds it creates. Even though I was able to set up an appointment for the latter, it's upsetting to think that after spending five figures on a heating and cooling system, this is what one has to deal with. I really wish I could offer bad evaluations about this firm, so please be alert." - Prabuddha
"Even though we had an energy audit in October of 2018, we still don't have thermostats. When I contact to inquire about the project's progress, I'm told that they are currently too busy due to a lack of available electricians to handle the workload. After waiting two weeks, I phoned again and talked to a woman who expressed disbelief at the delay and said she would get back to me. So far, I've heard nothing. I do not anticipate the job to be finished right now, and I do not think it is essential to walk into people's houses at this time. They haven't done the task for which they're getting paid, and they don't even appear to mind. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for assistance." - Sara
"After reading the several positive reviews of EE, I figured "why not?" The insulation was not checked during my last energy assessment. I phoned EE and inquired about their blown-in insulation services and whether or not they used a blower door to identify air leaks. To both questions, the answer is yes. The technician arrived nearly 1.5 hours late, refused to inspect areas where Mass Save would not pay for insulation, outsourced the installation of blown-in insulation to a different company, forgot to bring a ladder to inspect the attic and crawl space, and was otherwise unprepared for the audit. On top of that, they told me that they don't use blower door testing to pinpoint the source of my insulation and leakage issues. Overall, I would locate another business to do a Mass Save audit and immediately abandon ship if given the choice." - Steven
"The team at Endless Energy was fantastic to work with. The quality of their work far beyond our expectations. From Tina's first visit and thorough follow-up, in which she patiently and clearly explains each stage of the process to the installation team, to the final result, everything ran well. Those men really took their time to make sure the interior and exterior of our house matched up perfectly. They're always timely, kind, and have great attitudes that are a credit to the Organization as a whole. All of them have earned our highest praise, and our recommendation. A huge debt of gratitude is due to Chris B, Adam L, Brandon, Matt B, Jake, Matt L., and Tina. Best wishes to everyone reading this." - Keila
"Endless was responsible for the installation of not one, but two solar energy systems as well as a brand new mini-split heating system for us. They are excellent workers, in addition to being professionals who provide competitive rates." - Jason
"My property first got solar panels from Endless Energy in 2011, and they've since added more. They were quite cautious in their projections, and the outcome of every aspect has been better than I could have hoped for. They are excellent communicators, and their customer service and technical support are among the very finest I've ever encountered. They have made me feel as though I were the only client they had. Thank you very much, Endless Energy." - Sun
"In the fall of 2016, I had a 36-panel solar array built on my roof. In 2016, it entered into effect. There are LG solar panels and Enphase inverters involved. It was intended to produce 10% more each year than I use. Endless Energy was responsible for both the system's design and installation. After a year of operation, the system is providing the promised amount of electricity. There have been no malfunctions or issues with any of the system's components for me. Endless Energy helped me with the solar loan application process, system registration, and utility interface. To keep an eye on everything, I utilize Enphase Enlighten. The only time I've ever gotten a warning from the system was after a snowstorm, and even those went away after 24 hours. The quality of the setup and the operation of the equipment have both exceeded my expectations." - Emma
"We looked at solar energy extensively and obtained many price estimates. Anyone who has begun the process knows how difficult it is to compare apples to apples. We choose Endless Mountains because they proposed novel approaches to increasing our output, such as tilt panels. Carl was very kind and helpful in addressing all of our inquiries. When it came to the precision with which the panels were installed, we were blown away. The EM group devised a strategy that would serve us well, and it included their assisting with tree maintenance. The procedure took a long time, although it was mostly because of the harsh New England winter and the necessary permits. Everyone we've dealt with throughout the installation process has been prompt, helpful, and kind." - Isabella
