Moreover, I assume that billing is separate from customer service since it is outsourced. They use the "call back" tactic to try to get you to hang up, but I've never really gotten a callback. "If a representative from Envisionmatrix were to visit my home for a solar installation appointment, I would tell them to go away. A confirmation email saying 20sqft was received a few hours later. Yes, 20 square feet of roof repairs before installation would cost $8,000.00, but when I requested a copy of the repair estimate, all they sent me was a sheet of paper that said "roof repair" and had a single image of a roof and the cost. I was informed that the conduits would kill me if I touched them (despite though 99% of houses had blown insulation), so I was charged more. Don't come near." - Micah S.
"Disappointed with how the transaction went. We were helped by the seller. We were clear that the amount of solar panels should be sufficient to meet our needs. Despite his pleasant demeanor, the salesman was not truthful and was just trying to close the deal. At the end of the first year, we owed PGE over $500, even though our energy consumption had hardly changed during that time. I asked the firm many times to reconsider the project, but finally got a cold response from a customer service representative who said: "There's nothing we can do for you, and we also wish the salesperson would be more honest with you." "We installed the solar panels in 2016, and in June 2021 we needed to replace the shingles on the roof. When the roof was finished, we had these people remove our solar panels and install them again.
