Envisionmatrix Solar online reputation

Different things have happened to users of Envisionmatrix Solar. Most customers are very happy with the goods and services offered. They like how well they work, how affordable they are, and how well they treat their customers. But some customers have had bad experiences and have raised worries about how reliable the company is and how well they treat their customers. Overall, it seems like Envisionmatrix Solar gives its customers a useful service and meets their wants.
"Since Envisionmatrix Solar's billing system is so flawed, I can only give them one star. During regular business hours, waiting times to speak with anybody often exceed one hour. In the meanwhile, the evaluation will remain in place. This has been the case ever since we installed solar panels in 2012. I can't wait more than a few minutes to get in touch with a human being for assistance. If I want to get solar, it won't take more than a minute to speak to someone about it, so why not take care of your current customers' billing issues instead? Moreover, I assume that billing is separate from customer service since it is outsourced. They use the "call back" tactic to try to get you to hang up, but I've never really gotten a callback. CHANGE THAT!" - Joel O.
"I suppose you have to be careful to read the small print; I wish I had read the reviews before signing a 20-year contract (not sure if anybody mentioned the 20-year term at all). The true up at the end of the year will make my bill double what it was before I got solar from Envisionmatrix Solar. Wow, that's incredible! I would give them a minus-1 rating if I could." - Victor D.
"If a representative from Envisionmatrix were to visit my home for a solar installation appointment, I would tell them to go away. A confirmation email saying 20sqft was received a few hours later. Yes, 20 square feet of roof repairs before installation would cost $8,000.00, but when I requested a copy of the repair estimate, all they sent me was a sheet of paper that said "roof repair" and had a single image of a roof and the cost. I was informed that the conduits would kill me if I touched them (despite though 99% of houses had blown insulation), so I was charged more. Don't come near." - Micah S.
"Disappointed with how the transaction went. We were helped by the seller. We were clear that the amount of solar panels should be sufficient to meet our needs. Despite his pleasant demeanor, the salesman was not truthful and was just trying to close the deal. At the end of the first year, we owed PGE over $500, even though our energy consumption had hardly changed during that time. I asked the firm many times to reconsider the project, but finally got a cold response from a customer service representative who said: "There's nothing we can do for you, and we also wish the salesperson would be more honest with you." Since then, I have been warning everyone in my social circle to be wary of any offers from Envisionmatrix. Be wary of lures such as gift cards." - Preston B.
"Envisionmatrix Solar is still playing games. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and a complaint was filed on my behalf. At least one person has called me back so far. We have yet to hear back from the customer service department. I left several messages for this moron, but he didn't have the guts to call me back. Since these idiots can't get their act together to help a customer, Envisionmatrix Solar should reconsider its approach to customer service. avoid Envisionmatrix Solar at ANY cost!!! Also, these idiots installing the solar panels should go back and remove the nests the birds have built underneath them. This is becoming a public health hazard!" - Nolan M.
"Extremely professional and customer-oriented business. I am happy to report that they installed a 6 kW system on my roof. They helped us apply for the loan and premium. Because of their support, we were able to get the entire $6,000 premium. We were also given an interest-free loan for 10 years. I appreciate your support, guidance, and hard work. I wholeheartedly recommend using Envisionmatrix for your solar panel installation." - Kaleb E.
"We installed the solar panels in 2016, and in June 2021 we needed to replace the shingles on the roof. When the roof was finished, we had these people remove our solar panels and install them again. They are the best, guys! I have talked to several companies. They charged me a very fair amount and he was the only one who showed up right away, talked to me and explained everything. I heartily recommend them to anyone who needs their services. The workers all put in a lot of effort, working 10 hours a day in the heat, and got the job done quickly and efficiently." - Brady I.
"In 2017, the Envisionmatrix team built a system of 35 solar panels (8kW) on my roof. I've never been happy. Since its installation in 2017, this system has produced an annual average of $500 in hydro. From the first phone conversation through planning and installation, everyone at Envisionmatrix was really helpful, courteous, and effective. I never had any question that each employee understood their specific responsibilities within the project, and often much more. Solar energy is the obvious choice! More than ever, the moment is now since expenses are low and hydro increases are uncertain. The primary factor in our decision to engage with Envisionmatrix was their proximity to us—they are just a phone call away. You were all a pleasure to deal with and available at all times to respond to inquiries and provide comprehensive justifications. Please express gratitude to the whole staff for completing the installation so swiftly." - Bryce K.
"The production of electricity from the 8 kW system we installed a year ago went according to plan. The system is running smoothly. They did a fantastic job and have a deep understanding of the technology. He was able to handle our unusual roof with a rubber membrane and a slight slope. The microFit program was mostly hands on for us as he was able to walk us through it. The entire installation was easy and only took three days." - Colin C.
"In October 2017, Envisionmatrix completed the installation of a 20-panel solar system at my home in Waterloo as part of the Ontario Microfit program. After surveying my site, I was presented with a detailed plan with clear costs and benefits, which made it easy for me to sign the contract. I was quite satisfied with how quickly and inexpensively the repairs were completed. There were no surprises. Working with Envisionmatrix and the team made it easy. They checked frequently to make sure the system was working properly for the previous five or more years after installation. The overall performance of the system and the amount of clean energy produced annually that meets or exceeds the original projections is extremely satisfying to me." - Richard J.

linkedin.com
The solar energy business Envisionmatrix Solar is present on LinkedIn. The page itself seems to be well-designed and contemporary; it includes a stock photo of solar panels and a thorough business description. With so few followers, it doesn't seem to be a very popular page, however. There is also a lack of information; the only available details are a business overview and some short contact information.
