I have been paying Duke $14 a month for the last eight months, but for the last two months I have had to pay $76 a month due to several broken solar panels. After talking to a stated supervisor named "Travis" who assured me that his "BOSS" would contact me and work things out, here I am two months later. "This "boss" of yours never calls. If you leave a negative comment on this page, a guy named "Fernando" will answer and offer you a phone number; I called that number 12 times, but it always went to voicemail. Just don't call back. This firm took advantage of a woman who didn't speak English, and the representative signed on behalf of the homeowner without getting her permission and assured her everything was going to be well. "Very Extremely unsatisfied with this solar energy provider. They lied about the features they would add. Several panels were discussed. Then, via a change order email, we found out that the panels we had been told would be put on our roof were not the ones we had been promised. They did it without giving any advance warning. We assumed we had handled the problem after speaking with a representative over the phone and would be able to have the changes we requested reinstated. The change order was not signed by us. To speed up the process of the power company coming out to activate the promised panels after they were switched out, the agent urged us to sign another form. Now they see that the paper's actual purpose is to be paid by the financier. There had been so many prior problems, including missing documents that required to be signed twice, that I should have known better. It's their dishonesty that makes me feel bad, however. If you value quality work, you should go elsewhere than this solar firm. In addition, you will feel pressured to provide a glowing review before the panels are even placed.
