"On July 20, 2021, I had my Florida Wholesale Solar system installed, and on August 18, 2021, it was turned on. My system is still nowhere near full capacity as of November 16th, 2021. Therefore, I have been paying payments on an expensive mortgage for system for over three months with no return. It would seem that Florida Wholesale Solar is prioritizing installs above support, leaving consumers who have already had their products installed without access to assistance in a timely manner. "Please don't! Was offered a great deal by a door-to-door salesperson, but the firm failed to deliver on its promises. Mainly, I was concerned about sending power back to the grid for a credit that would be worth just a small percentage of what I pay for electricity. The salesman visited me at my house and lied to me there. We are only able to give back about a third of the system's monthly output, and even that is less than they promised. Support is useless, refuses to look at the setup, and won't back up their representative's claims. They insist that the deal you signed is final and binding. I agreed to this because of false claims that I would achieve a specific outcome. Unless the contract includes SLAs with a termination provision, I would not proceed. Then go elsewhere for a solar energy provider; Florida Wholesale Solar isn't it." - Frank J.

"The units were installed in September, and as of the first payment in December, they were still not working. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! We have no choice but to take legal action. After having solar panels put, a huge downpour hit. The install has resulted in water seeping into many areas of my $700,000 property, and I have heard nothing about rectifying the problem or getting compensation. No one from Florida Wholesale Solar has been in touch with me and the system still doesn't function.
