I have double checked with them on several occasions (weeks, days, and even yesterday afternoon) and they still insist that the installation will take place today. Today, at 8:39 AM, I received a get message stating that the installation would not be possible. A little over an hour ago. I had already informed them that, from now until the end of the year, I would not be available to be here for two consecutive days. That is why I checked in with them so often. Not to mention that our daughter has medical issues, and that in order for the monitors to work, she needs constant connection to both electricity and the internet. I can not say I blame them; I did not have the chance to explain it either. After asking for a call from a manager, I was contacted by Rob. Rob repeatedly interrupted me as I tried to explain this to him, saying things like, "all you is demand things" and "you do not understand what you are talking about" until finally telling me, "just listen to me, it is what it is." Then Rob said, "I am not working on the installation side of things; I am a salesman." If Rob does not work in that division, then why am I even talking to him? He avoided my inquiry. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, he abruptly hung up the phone and said, "I am not going to do that." Rob obviously has no social skills, since my problem was not resolved.
