"Avoid dealing with this organization, please. By providing me with a fake finance quotation, they were able to trick me into giving them a down payment. After waiting for the installation of my system for almost two and a half months, I'm seriously considering canceling. I realize it may take some time to get the necessary materials. When someone's lack of honesty becomes apparent, it's often preferable to cut your losses and go on. There will be a chance for them to prove their quotation accurately and win me over. Okay, well, we'll see. The system installation is complete. A man was moving a panel up to the roof when he barely avoided killing himself by falling. While another worker was splicing wires, one of the electricians was smoking in my driveway. The only reason my system is live now is because I interfered with the power company to get the clearance process finished after this firm botched every step of the way. There isn't a single individual with any level of competence, although I can't complain about the grunts who put the panels onto the roof, since even though they shattered one, they brought along a spare. Oh, and if I hadn't been there to provide water on the hottest day of the summer, there would have likely been medical crises." - Aidan S.

"You should become a client of theirs if you're hoping to have a positive experience overall. But once you sign up and have your panels installed, everything changes. Get nothing from them if you can help it. Fixing issues usually takes between three and five months and thirty emails and phone calls. Then they'll keep you in the dark about it all." - Jason F.

"The installation of my home's solar panels was completed around six weeks ago. A solar panel has been malfunctioning from day one. They told me they will get back to me after consulting with support, but that was many times already. They are now completely unresponsive. This is really unacceptable. "In September of this year, Kasselman placed solar panels on our roof. The office staff was very helpful in explaining everything to us and answering all of our questions. They were easy to contact by phone and email.The job was finished in a timely manner. Minor schedule changes occurred, although they were ultimately inconsequential. We have had no issues with the system in the 16 months after installation. Since it's on the roof facing the backyard and not over a door we use often, my biggest worry is that snow and ice will slide off the panels all at once in the winter. None of the businesses that submitted bids addressed this to us as a problem. Snow guards should be made available as a solution by the industry. "Completely satisfied with the preparation work done beforehand and the installation guys' ability to get 30 panels up and wired in a little over a day. These two groups collaborated well. The project manager kept us apprised of progress at every turn. The lengthy completion time of about two and a half months was the project's only drawback. Many procedures had to be taken, beginning with the initial study and ending with the electrical inspection and new meter change out. We had to remove several trees to get the 80% efficiency required by NYSERDA for the entire refund, but we still endorse Kasselman and understand why the project ran beyond schedule.
