"I recently ordered something from Ohio Power Solutions, and I am absolutely appalled by the sheer audacity of their services. After selecting the item I wanted to purchase, they had the gall to add on additional shipping costs - something that wasn't made clear in the beginning! It seems like a secret ploy to milk more money out of unsuspecting customers. The pricing for the item itself was already quite high, and to tack on additional shipping charges without prior warning felt like a downright scam. I understand that all businesses need to make money, but there should be an element of honesty in their price listing. This made me feel very taken advantage of as a customer." Brian H.

"The website advertised that they accept all major credit cards, but when I went to pay for the purchase of solar panels, only PayPal is an option! It was extremely frustrating because I don't even have a PayPal account! Who pays for anything with PayPal these days? I called customer service to ask why they didn't offer other payment options and they just said that PayPal was the only option available! The customer service team was no help either - they just kept repeating the same thing over and over again without giving any alternative options. "I was furious to find out that the deals were only available until a few days prior—days which had already passed. Not only did this mean that I couldn't take advantage of these offers, but there was no warning that they would expire in such a short amount of time. I feel cheated and misled by the website's advertising, which failed to adequately inform customers of when these deals were going to end. I understand that these offers are limited-time only, but some kind of notice (a notification email, for example) should have been sent to customers before they expired. Because of this, I was unable to take advantage of the discounts and ended up missing out on a great opportunity. I will not be visiting their website again and will not be recommending it to anyone else. They should take customers more seriously, especially those of us who are willing to make purchases. "The store hours at their online website seem to be very limited, and customer service is non-existent - emails sent to them go unanswered for days, if not weeks! I eventually decided to call the store in order to resolve my issue, only to find that their phone line was constantly busy. I called multiple times over the course of two days, only to get a busy signal each time. I eventually decided to try my luck in person and drove all the way there only to find that they were closed! As if their limited store hours weren't bad enough, they also appear to have no customer service staff available during those times either. I waited for nearly an hour in the hopes that someone would show up, only to be disappointed. It was really infuriating and disappointing - how can a business offer such limited store hours and customer service? Not only did they waste my time and money, but now I'm left with no resolution to my original problem. If you're looking for customer service and convenience, this is definitely not the place to go. "I was in need of a generator and decided to purchase one from their website. After placing my order, I was surprised to find out that they required a very high upfront payment before the item could be delivered. This amount was almost equal to the cost of the item itself and it felt like I was being held ransom for what should have been an ordinary purchase. I was appalled that this business practice was even being allowed in the first place, and even more insulted when I received no response from their customer service department after sending multiple emails asking for an explanation or waiver of the fee.
