The owner made even more justifications and empty promises. There is a lack of communication about installation scheduling. So the customer needs to phone again and keep calling until someone finally takes the blame. Worse, the solar panels are blocking access to the roof, so I can't even call a repairman to fix it. My decision to use Premier Solar was a huge mistake, as I now realize.
