"Misleading Data Provided by Call Center Employee Report intended to discourage me from signing up for and installing a system. She was dishonest about the sign-on incentive, the inspection report, and the contract. After the installation, there were modifications made to the verbal agreement and the Agreement document. However, the revised contract indicates that I will only be able to achieve a 46% reduction in my energy use. Despite the site inspector's recommendation that I had space for 23 solar panels, only 14 were placed on my house and garage roofs." - Ramon N.

"When I say this was the worst choice ever made, I mean it literally. One year was wasted before the system was fully operational. During that period, very little dialogue took place. There was no interaction when they turned on the system. A bill has just been arriving at my door. In August of last year, the switch was flipped. Even now, months after having someone check on the system, it is still underperforming. Since installing Prime Solar Power, my power bills have increased. Both the utility company and Prime Solar Power need payment for the power I use. I've been informed that I need to pay this since I agreed to the terms in writing. If I don't pay, my account can be turned over to a collections agency. I was also informed that unless the issue was resolved and the system was operating at full capacity, my account would not be reimbursed. Almost 10 months have passed, and they still haven't managed to solve it. My inquiry is how much longer they plan to charge me for a service I am not using." - Jacoby S.

"Prime Solar Power is not recommended. I would rate them a zero if that was an option. We've had to deal with them for as long as I can remember, and it's always been a nightmare. We had to have critter guards placed recently, and they wanted to charge us four times as much as their competitors. The roof installation and Solatube placement required some modifications, but the workers took the challenges in stride. The electricians who worked on the installation paid close attention to detail and did a thorough job. The delay may not have been Solar's fault, but rather the result of poor communication between the solar installation and the roofers. After the job was done, I got a package that included all of the necessary permits, warranties, and technical details.
