"How much I regret this choice is beyond words! Robinson Solar Solutions has damaged my roof and may have caused water, mold, and mildew damage to my home, which is my primary complaint among many minor ones. Technicians had to reroute a plumbing vent beneath the panels and out the side of the array to complete the installation. They ruined my roof and now I have water dripping into my basement because of it. The water in my attic and walls has been a problem for months. If I hadn't left my basement unfinished, I may not have found the leak for years, resulting in a lot of water, mold, and mildew damage. Robinson Solar Solutions has brought the same professionals out TWICE to "fix it" after the first installation, yet the leak persists. After sending technicians out many times to solve the problem, you still can't locate my account. How many roofs have you made leak because of you???" - Collin T.

"It all began in October of 2021 when they put in the system. They came at odd hours to complete the installation, often working in the dark. Their installation was twice disallowed by the municipal inspector owing to problems. On July 16th, 2022, my inverter suddenly stopped working, and my whole system has been inoperable ever then. Ben has been taken out twice by Robinson Solar Solutions with no results. No one has ever stopped by the door to explain why they keep passing by. My original $17 charge has ballooned to a new total of $421, payable on September 3, 2022. I am now working on the refund process and will report back with the next steps. "When we originally teamed up, we had difficulty contacting the sales representative. The consensus was that it was an isolated incident and that he would contact me again soon. Seven months after installing the solar panels, I am still getting a nearly $120 electric bill, and they have not responded to any of my messages. The firm guarantees to fix the situation if the solar panels don't work as expected, but no one is responding to your inquiries about this issue. Yesterday someone came to inspect our solar panels and all he said was that if we want to save money on our electric bill, we should turn off the AC. I keep my air conditioner at 75 degrees, so I don't understand why we had to pay for solar panels if we can't keep using electricity.
