"A technician came out a few weeks ago to correct the solar panel leak in my pool. It began leaking again, although less and in fewer spots, about two weeks after the repairs were made. I was advised that calling back would count as a new service and that I would have to pay for the technician's visit all over again. Since it is obvious that this company does not guarantee its services, I shall go elsewhere." - Matthew L.

"For the last several months, Sol -Tek and I have been in constant communication. On the surface, everything seems favorable and hopeful. However, they have a very sluggish and opaque initial design process. Expect a site visit to take at least two to three weeks. The sales representative will make assurances that the site visit team will not be able to verify. It's been almost a month after the site visit, and I still haven't heard back from the design team concerning the layout of my system. The system design is delivered the day following the site inspection by every other competitor. One month to enter data into the program and generate a plan. I can't say for sure that the installation crew punched these holes in for no reason. I reported it to the head of the installation crew and we discussed it.
