"In light of the new year, I thought I would provide an update on this firm. About a week and a half ago, Tempo contacted me up and asked what they can do to make things right. Because their guy misrepresented himself and pretended to be with the only company I ever called—which was not Tempo—I told them they can make up for all the trouble they have caused me and the money they have taken from me by paying GoodLeap financial for solar panels I never asked Tempo to put on. When I asked to talk to his supervisor, the individual I spoke with never got back to me. I think I should mention that I instructed Tempo to remove the phony solar panels off my house. Having already threatened to sue Tempo's financial backer, GoodLeap, for breach of contract, I am now planning to file suit against them for failing to live up to their end of the loan agreement. These are the two firms you should avoid doing business with. Furthermore, NV electric, the company I originally planned to do business with and the one I actually signed a contract with, will pay me at the end of the year 40%, while Brighthaus, the company I am supposed to be with, gets 36% and I would get to keep 4%; this would have been very helpful in my situation given that I am on disability. Companies should not try to con their customers out of money, but it seems like Tempo Solar is solely interested in making a quick cash. Tempo Solar has been suspended from the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU as a result of this incident, and I will not rest until they take responsibility for their actions and put things right. "I reside in New York, but Tempo electric wired a spa at my Las Vegas home. I described in great detail what was expected of them, and we settled on a fair fee. They overcharged me for a 50AMP GFI circuit breaker and then put some home depot cheap breakers (NON GFI) when they arrived to my Las Vegas home to complete the job.The replacement electrician I hired (Penny Electric; I gave them 5 stars on Google) pointed out how poorly Tempo had done the electrical work. I was merging and the driver of tempo electric, acted like I was cutting him off and proceeded to wave, like being condescending, as I was attempting to merge so I may leave.
