"Try as you may, you won't get anybody to respond to your queries or provide assistance. No money has been saved by using it. It's possible that we're paying more. The panels were supposed to be free, but now we're expected to pay for them. When I can, I pitch in to assist my mom with the monthly payments. I called to make a payment, but they said I couldn't do so since I am not a named account holder. Okay, but they wouldn't even provide me a website URL so I could pay electronically. All I wanted was a public forum, but they wouldn't give it to me. I looked it up online, of course. They removed the cover from my fuse box as they were installing. They promised to get a new one. They still haven't done anything after almost a year. We still haven't been able to reach anybody to discuss this matter with." - Jose S.

"This organization is really dishonest and lacks professionalism. They take your money, but tell you that your payment is past due. They put you on wait for hours every time you call, hoping you'll eventually give up and agree to a lower price. Unfortunately, I had to buy a home with a leasing arrangement to Volta Solar. Even though I did not use too much power, my monthly bill continued to rise. I need to speak with someone about my bill and the services they provide, but I can't. I'm considering seeing a lawyer to get out of paying for their services." - Kevin D.

"Terrible, dishonest associates. Sending personnel to your home under the guise of being from the gas company to solicit and check your bills. Don't put your faith in any of them, but particularly not Jordan. He was quite disrespectful and attempted to force me to show him my invoices. Inadmissible to the extreme. Don't pretend to work for the gas company just because you're wearing a shirt advertising your employer." -

"We spent close to $55,000 on a system that was meant to allow us to live completely off the grid, but it is unable to power the air conditioning unit that came with the house, even though it was designed specifically for it. Volta Solar has now brought in a further $8,000 in costs and refuses to repair the system. The original installation dates were around Thanksgiving of last year, but our house wasn't put in until May. Right now it's simply collecting dust." - Robert J.

"Some solar installers are hard to trust; after getting quotes from more than my fair share of unscrupulous installers, I decided to go with Volta Solar since they were so highly rated. The installers did an excellent job and left no mess behind, and working with Justin was a pleasure. We upgraded the electrical panel and the contractors did their best to match the molding to the exterior of our home. "I invited Luke over because he convinced me he could outperform the other two firms. His plan appealed to me, so we proceeded with it. The work done by the installers was excellent, in my opinion. The only problem was that one of the installers mistook the brown stucco for gray while he was spray painting the conduit on the exterior of my home. It was rectified by Volta Solar. That installer vanished into thin air. Cody just showed here and repaired everything, he's awesome. The installation is neat and the colors are consistent. I appreciate how they took care of an issue I had and worked tirelessly to resolve it in a way that met my needs without skimping on quality." - Liam F.

I reached out to many solar companies, but these guys were the only ones to respond with a quotation quickly, perform exactly what they said they would do, and earn my confidence in our solar requirements. Our sales representative was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions and putting us at rest. They offered reasonable costs and fast turnaround. In approximately 6 weeks, we went from ordering panels to having them installed on our roof. That was on our first visit to the facility. A buddy of mine who joined with a different firm is still waiting for service, and my brother is kicking himself for not going with Volta Solar instead. Put them to use." - Carter E.

We compared prices and talked to many different vendors before settling on Volta Solar for our solar panel installation. The sales representative was really helpful, answering our many questions about the product, installation, warranty and replacement procedures. The terms of the installation contract were concise and easy to understand. The installation was completed on time and the site was left in good condition.
