"As a novice to the home solar system industry, I assumed they would help me understand the intricate regulations and paperwork that come along with installing such a system. Little did I know, their lack of expertise and understanding in this area was astounding. The salesperson I spoke to had no idea of the regulations governing solar installations, and at times it felt like he was simply making them up. He explained that certain permits are not required when in reality they were, and I only found this out after seeking a second opinion. To make matters worse, the installation process was riddled with mistakes which resulted in numerous call-backs to fix the system. All in all, I was left with a sour taste in my mouth, and can confidently say that I would never recommend World Solar Pro LLC to anyone. Before doing business with them, make sure you do your due diligence, because if not you could end up deep in legal trouble. Be warned - this company is not who they appear to be!" Amelie R.

"I was told that the installation process would be relatively quick and easy, and that financial savings would soon follow. Unfortunately this did not turn out to be true. The installation process itself took well over 3 months, during which time I was having to rely on my traditional energy sources, and therefore paying higher bills than expected. The worst part about this experience is the long payback period associated with solar systems installed by World Solar Pro LLC. They had sold me on the idea that solar would pay for itself quicker than traditional energy sources, but it's been almost a year since the installation, and I'm still not seeing any return on my investment. The customer service provided by World Solar Pro LLC was also terrible, with their staff often being unresponsive to emails or phone calls. To make matters worse, when they did answer questions, the answers were often incomplete or misleading." John S.

First of all, despite being told otherwise, they informed me that there was not enough space in the area to install the solar system. I am incredibly unhappy with both their shoddy service and lack of transparency when it comes to informing me about potentially costly issues.
