They left without fixing the damage. Customer service was guaranteed. Promised 2 electricity poles be removed and a new transformer. New electricity wires were buried. Promised new fiber optic connections flowed underground. Promised battery back hookup and 25-year craftsmanship warranty. Promised an LES app for electricity usage but didn't provide. It took another week to get the new panels working. Our house was destroyed and they didn't deliver. When I called them, they blamed permits and other businesses. Good businesses existed. Poor J-Tech job. Everything is excused. Call people back, arrange with customers, keep your commitments, and rectify what you break." - Sue May

Within a week of contacting J Tech, they called me back right away, set up a meeting, and sent someone to meet with me. The way they described how to install a new roof and the materials they would be using was outstanding. They handled any worries I had and answered all of my inquiries. It took around eight weeks from the time we agreed to the contract and made the down payment until our new roof was installed. Once they were able to begin work on my roof, they finished the entire project in a single day and left our home with nothing but a brand-new roof as evidence that they had ever been there.
