"My solar system was installed by Mann Solar. Installed in late September. No call, no show. After a week, I waited for a call. When I followed up with the salesperson, Mann responded with a CB stating that they were occupied. They planned to see me a month from now. a lovely team arrived and installed the panels. said that someone else would be out doing electrical work. Nothing more from Mann. Olivia mentioned there had been a personnel problem and that things had been reported as finished when they weren't when I phoned and left a voicemail. I was one of those creatures, so the story went. promised me they were working on it. Electrical specialists arrived, and were once again kind, but provided no further information. I had some basic queries, like how to turn it on and how to tell whether it is operating. I hung on. I VM Olivia once again, but no cb. When I contacted them a week later, she said that the delay was due to Louisville Metro organizing the inspection. She contacted a week later to inform the inspection was on January 2. After that, someone would explain to me how I would know whether it was functioning, etc. Since then, nothing more has been revealed. Mann has been in my waiting period for four months. They do a poor job at following up and communicating." - Jacob N.

"Wish I could give them a negative rating! This company lies and neglects to look after its clients. I left because the proprietor installed panels that I had not sold to the consumer. The owner doesn't pay his workers and many of them resign because of the shady methods they operate. I am due money and still haven't received it. I feel really terrible that I ever worked for this firm. They almost destroyed whatever hope I had for this job and put me in a very precarious financial situation. In Kentucky, solar energy is quite advantageous, but PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT USE MANN SOLAR!" - William T.

"My neighbor's house now has solar panels. In my side yard, just in front of the window for my living room, they installed the unsightly panels. There were many superior locations to put them. The day after they were originally installed but before they were linked up, we requested the crew to relocate them while there was still time. Even our HOA manager joined in. The business failed to submit the required permission to the HOA. To transfer the panel inside the neighbor's garage was their responsibility. They failed to. "Worst experience ever; the dishonest salesman flat-out lied. Your current solar panels will be turned off while they drag you through this procedure; installation began in January, and it is now May 13; they fail to disclose this when you sign up. I've been without solar for more than three months, am still paying for my outdated system, and am now required to pay APS between $120 and $230 per month as a result. Don't purchase anything from these dishonest trash cans. Believe me." - Noah E.

"The lines were drawn on the roof, not in the attic. I have a hole in my ceiling from the installation. They assured us that the whole house would have energy-efficient lighting. They sent 30 cam light bulbs that did not work. Still waiting for a solution to this problem. promised attic insulation. I am still waiting for a solution to this problem as well. The paperwork was signed in August and installed in February. Consulted with another company. They would not have faced delays due to snow if it had been erected in September or October. "My roof received a 9-panel installation from Mann Solar for 60% less than what another nearby contractor had estimated. Although there were a few issues to iron out since it was their first installation in my region, everything else went without a hitch. Over a year has already passed since the results started.
