Products were delivered unexpectedly, and the business was not even informed of the arrival. For two weeks, the hardware sat in my driveway before I finally scheduled an installation. At least eight code violations would have been present in the initial installation, necessitating reconfiguration. I called/emailed the City and NuWatt to get things going, and it took 6 weeks to have this handled.
