Public Service Solar online reputation

Public Service Solar has built a strong reputation for offering its clients dependable, high-quality services. Many consumers express satisfaction with the whole experience, praising the staff's professionalism and the quality of the goods and services offered. However, some clients did voice their displeasure with certain elements of the services, such as protracted wait periods and unanticipated fees. Overall, clients have had a good experience working with Public Service Solar, and the company is still a top choice for solar energy solutions.
"I have had a hole in my ceiling for a month and they kept saying they will come back to repair it, but they never did. The only time the boss ever picks up the phone is when it suits his schedule. The foreman was yelling obscenities in my backyard while they were three hours late to the job. Put your cash to better use!!!" - Matthew C.
"In no uncertain terms should you ever consider using arise solar. Even though the system was rated at 12 kW, the inverter can only handle 10 kW. The quoted panels were unavailable for purchase. My 25amp circuit breaker on the main panel was tripping for months, meaning that the AC unit wouldn't have been operational throughout the peak summer season unless I checked and reset it every day. After a while, someone showed up there, and I saw discoloration on the exterior of the circuit breaker they took out, indicating that it had become hot and maybe tripped out, in which case my home might have been destroyed. They cease responding to your emails asking for compensation for a system that wasn't installed properly and hasn't worked for months, despite the fact that it's less than a year old. Therefore, if you want to find a trustworthy business that will take care of you after you've given them thousands of dollars, you should leave right now. If I had to offer a rating in the negative, it would be -5 stars." - David F.
"Install scheduled within site inspection; the technician arrived but claimed he would need more time because of a missing component. He told me I had another appointment on Monday, December 12th, so I took the day off. I called this morning to find out the time since I hadn't heard from anybody. After misplacing the installer's business card, I contacted them to acquire a new one and was told that his former business partner could be the one to call. He found out that his former business colleague was the first to arrive; his offer to install was rejected since it wasn't good enough, he claimed. They were in a hurry and both apologetic, but I had the sense that I wasn't the first person they had told about their predicament." - Andrew T.
"Horrible service all around; they never came up to install despite demanding payment in advance and having terrible communication. We had to go out of our way three separate times to track down the installer, and each time it seemed like they were just as taken aback as we were that he never showed up. The quoted price may be attractive, but what good is it if you never really get the product? If there was a lesser star option, I would choose it." - Joseph V.
"The firm is the worst one we've ever worked with. Very unprofessional; they missed three scheduled site visits without giving any advance notice. They arrived late, worked on our roof till after dark, and still weren't done. Damaged our home and has refused to repair it despite several emails asking them to do so. Extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone and in electronic correspondence. You should look for a new provider immediately." - James D.
"Public Service Solar has my highest praise and recommendation. Getting a solar array installed on my property was a very straightforward and smooth procedure. The installation team was highly skilled, and they performed an excellent job despite the harsh weather and the high-up location of the barn roof. Please consider Public Service Solar for your solar energy needs. To put it simply, this firm is the epitome of professionalism, politeness, and polish. And if you're still on the fence about going solar, you shouldn't be. Saving money on energy bills was a major factor in my decision to become involved." - Jeremy H.
"Public Service Solar was recommended to me by Energy Sage, and their cost for Panasonic panels, which have a good guarantee, was quite cheap. They handled getting the necessary permits and inspections (as well as the complicated logistics involved, since I was still living an hour away and hadn't yet moved into the home). The installation went down without a hitch, and it only took one day to have everything set up. I am satisfied with the output of my panel since they were able to make the most of the available area on my roof. It took some effort to reach them at first. Occasionally, voicemail might play instead of a real person answering the phone. However, once I heard back from them, the issue was swiftly fixed. It was some initial teething pains as they expanded their services, but they now provide me with a route through which to contact them. My panels and the work done on them have been a complete success." - Noah R.
"They were really helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and didn't attempt to upsell us on anything that wasn't directly related to our project. It's not their fault that we're still waiting for SRECs, since it's a state-level problem, as they made that information very apparent. They appear to care deeply about the quality of their installations and stand behind their work; the few problems we experienced after installation was resolved swiftly and without argument." - Anthony P.
"My wife and I installed solar panels not just as a conscientious step toward a more sustainable future for our world, but also as a practical means of cutting our energy costs. Since we knew nothing about solar energy, we read extensively and spoke with many solar owners and installers. The honesty of Public Service Solar was immediately apparent to us. They have a wealth of information and provide thorough clarifications. We received the most value for our money because to their reasonable prices. Their quick responses and careful implementation have increased our faith in them. We were a member of a group of four houses in our area, all of which installed solar panels. After doing their own independent investigation, the property owners unanimously decided to choose Public Service Solar to perform the solar installations. Public Service Solar has been a pleasure to deal with, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody considering embarking on a solar project." - Christopher O.
"What a relief this is! I began this process in October of 2021, and Public Service Solar has handled everything since then. The setup process was quick and painless. We were kept in the loop and informed regularly. In May of 2022, I had a little leak. After I contacted the helpline, a technician was sent to my location within the span of a few hours. The technician smiled and was polite as he quickly patched up the leak. Public Service Solar is the best option for anybody looking to install a solar energy system." - Aiden E.
