"I was told that by installing a 5-kilowatt system in my home I could reduce my energy consumption by 60% and that the system would pay for itself within a year; however, I have seen no savings, the rebate check was never sent, and the IRS refund was not the correct amount quoted (I had to hire an attorney and am currently planning to sue them). The business is a fraud. The system was offered at a price that was double that of the competition. My main cost-cutting measure was switching from incandescent 110-watt light bulbs to energy-efficient LED 7- and 9-watt bulbs (for a total cost of about $1000). since I couldn't remove stars, I just awarded 1 star." - Thomas R.
