"The initial communication was good, and we received a fair quotation quickly. The nightmare then started. We were supposed to have an installation in late June, but it has been postponed four times already, and the new third-party installer has already requested to check our roof again. Our installation date was rescheduled for the fourth time because the aforementioned third party failed to appear. When I called Regen, all I got was the same "our Install Team will call you as soon as possible" line. As you would expect, they haven't phoned." - Gabriel H.

"To Whom It May Concern, Recently, my inverter, which was only nine months old, died. I emailed REGEN and informed them of the situation, expecting to receive a reasonable response. However, REGEN was not as prompt as one would hope from the supplier from whom one had purchased the product. After waiting over eight weeks for a response, I learned that they are a reseller and that Solar Bridge is their warranty and support provider. With due respect, Solar Bridge was eventually notified and sent a replacement inverter to fix the issue. However, there is another issue I'd like to bring to the attention of West Australians: if your replacement inverter is not an identical replacement and there is a point 05 kw variance, a new application must be submitted to Synergy. Please contact Solar Bridge directly; they're really helpful." - Christian O.

"I hired these folks back when they were still installing systems. It never functioned properly, and when I went to their office for assistance, I was informed that they had no file on me as a customer. Recent evaluations show that they continue to spread the same false information whenever customers have complaints. It seems like they've been operating the business in the same manner for a long time. Since then, I've had a different firm replace and improve my system, and it's been running well ever since. What kind of business doesn't acknowledge your existence when there's a problem with their product? AVOID PURCHASING IF YOU DEPEND ON THE WARRANTY BEING HONORED." - Nathan R.

"My interactions with this organization were terrible. When I contacted to schedule a time for a sales rep to come to the home and give us a price, I was told that they did not conduct house calls but instead handled everything over the phone. I then had a phone conversation with a member of their sales staff; the woman I dealt with was very evasive and difficult to understand since English was not her first language. I finally gave up and phoned other businesses that were more than eager to come to the home when the going got tough. They also said they could get the panels up and running in a little over two weeks, which suggests they are not very busy." - Jackson L.

"They were a terrible business to work with; it took them over six months to install our system, they came out three times to finish the job, and we had to place new joists in our roof at our own expense, only to be informed afterwards that we didn't need them. When the fake invoice isn't paid, they threaten legal action." - John M.
