Only half of the energy I require is produced by my system, therefore I end up spending more money than I did before. Despite having my account prepaid and a positive balance of over $800, I was nevertheless charged a monthly fee of $7.50 for not enrolling in ACH. It was impossible to reach anybody in customer service. After 5 days after my first email, I finally heard back from them. After three years of service, panels are losing electricity and the company refuses to inspect them to determine which ones are malfunctioning. On the first anniversary of the commencement date, they will "even up" by either giving me money if they fail to meet contract specifications or charging me money if they exceed those expectations. I was on the hook for the first two years, but they've been paying me back ever since. In addition, the contract has an annual escalation provision that increases my charges by 3%." - Jameson H.

I requested that they relocate the panels in November of 2019, and it is now nearly September of 2020 and they still haven't completed putting them on my new house. They transferred the panels to my new house on July 1 but informed us that our inverter was broken and that we would need to buy a replacement. They should have anticipated its failure and replaced it beforehand. I've been waiting for the installation for two months now, and it's still not done. Also, when they were here, someone put a tool on my roof, and I told them about it 8 weeks ago, but it's still up there.
